A great room for a family of 5.
Location was handy with Woolworths metro and breakfast close by.
I liked how spacious and clean the room was.
Although we were told about being serviced and clean upon request I feel like a dust pan and broom might be of good assistance when small messes happen. Also high chairs would be greatly appreciated if offered.
The location
Very dirty room, bathroom was filthy shower was full of sand and not sure what else. The whole hotel was extremley hot.
Restaurant is great, food is delicious, loved the spa, sauna and the pool.
Parking set up is a bit complicated, the location, 2 lifts etc.
The location of this venue was great, with some shops and eateries nearby. The rooms were very quiet and comfortable. Good room service menu. We enjoyed the spa and sauna, too cold to swim. The gym was also great. the rooms had great facilities with kitchenette and washing machine.
A little difficult to get a park out the front to check in
We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Clean, quiet and great breakfast
That dogs are allowed
The 24hr reception was great as was the ease of parking and location. The room was comfortable with good facilities. We also dined in the restaurant in the lobby which was very convenient with good food.
I would have liked to have a TV in the bedroom, and I was having trouble getting the aircon to change, I was moving the temp up and down and fan speed, but it seemed to have no noticeable effect.

Instructions give by staff for parking was slightly confusing. They said where to park on my dashboard ticket. However, they neglected to tell me some of those hotel dedicated spots say public and not hotel. So I thought there was no spots left and I was circling the carpark.
