The room was fabulous and so comfy ☺️

Cons:

Parking - we went to an event and came back and there was no parking spots available.

We drove up and down the road however street parking wasn’t safe - we parked in a reserved spot and left a not on windscreen to call if they needed us to move.

Manager is a gem who makes stay feel like visiting a friend.
Pros:

Amazingly caring and hospitable manager. You don’t find such kind gems very often. Property is clean and comfortable. Restful. Managed to get some urgent laundry completed.

Very pleasant and comfortable.
Pros:

Location was very good. Alison was so very helpful, kind and patient.

Cons:

Clothes hangers would have been handy. Being a disabled unit I was in I feel a soap dispenser and a small hand towel holder near the hand basin would have been good.

This is a great place to stay when you need somewhere in the Northern Suburbs. It's clean, well appointed, the staff are super friendly and helpful. Always busy and feels safe.
