Ground floor room
Fire alarm at 3 in morning. No all clear 25 mins later. Very poor
Staff are amazing. So friendly and helpful. They are the best hotel staff I have ever come across.
Bed bugs found in the bed. Beds are uncomfortable. Windows are old and rattle in the wind and you can hear all the noise outside
The staff are always friendly and we stay here every time we come to weston
Confortable room and a large restaraunt. Helpful staff, great location. Tasty food.
Breakfast was too late for me.

Great staff and lovely food :)
The room was clean and comfortable. Location was excellent
Very basic and a bit dated. Blinds wouldn't shut.
Nothing
Small bathroom heating was in bed uncomfortable breakfast problems didn’t do swaps on first day and took mushrooms from someone plate and give it to us manager was brill she sorted it out second night at that point I was upset our breakfast first night
Location was good.
When arriving and getting to our room it was really hot the windows don’t open well, the fan provided didn’t work. There was water still left in the kettle and the toilet door didn’t close at all! The unit under the tv was slightly broken too! The window view wasn’t the best but that couldn’t be helped.
Good location.
The property itself was fine, Good location however Not the cleanest of hotels the bathroom smelt like a public toilet, had to leave the window open all night and didn’t help with the smell at all. The windows didn’t have handles on them so once open was hard to close. Bit outdated but was fine for an overnight stay. The staff were nice at first when we arrived however on the second day of being there they were extremely rude. Got shouted at by a member of staff there for using their toilets. They shouted as I was leaving “yes you can use our toilets” really aggressively and sarcastically. Was not a nice encounter after the stay we had we felt left fairly satisfied but that member of staff completely ruined our experience.
It was clean
Got upgraded on arrival. And was the nosiest room I have ever stayed in
