Large rooms and sea views, poor service and communications
Pros:

Large room with amazing views.

Cons:

Unfortunately the hotel doesn't serve breakfast before 9am which was useless. The ensuite was a good size but the shower was a basic electric shower over a bath, the ceiling was in a grim state. Management's communications are poor both in terms of grammar and timelines. They were pretty defensive too, rather than encouraging people to return. I spent a lot on the room, I thought it was poor value for money.

For the time I was there it was comfortable
Pros:

I was only in there for a few hours really I had done the chase the sun bike ride and this was my over night but comfortable bed tea and coffee in the room and a very late check in proved to be very helpful

Cons:

Nothing really if I had to say anything it could do with a freshen up in the down season

Excellent value for money
Pros:

Close to the pier actually right opposite
Room was massive and had sea view beautiful room
Very comfy bed
Didn’t have breakfast but had a cheese and ham baguette which was beautiful and reasonable price

Okay for one night. Would not have wanted to be there any longer

Polite an helpful staff, and very welcoming.

Cons:

I think the shower needs improving, kept running cold then hot, with a variable temperature. An the pressure was not always great

Pros:

The location was amazing, and the staff were friendly, especially one lady. I didn't catch her name.

Cons:

We had a double room, which was fine, but the shower cubicle was very small. And we were by the lift, so it was a bit noisy.

Seriously overpriced for what was on offer. Took adv of bank holiday weekend/great weather.
Pros:

Location great. When we did speak to staff, they were lovely, but not always available/accessible.

Cons:

Came home on Friday evening at 10pm and night porter was there but bar closed and we weren't able to get a drink of any kind from him, even to take to our room(s).
