Well located, clean but noisy and slightly expensive for what you get
Pros:

Good location to amenities and close to public transport. Very clean.

Cons:

Furniture has seen better days. You can hear the road so sleep was quite broken. No staff on reception when I checked out. Overpriced considering I didn't have a good sleep.

Budget hotel in heart of WSM.
Pros:

Close to the Grand Pier where we were attending a function.

Cons:

Breakfast was limited to fried foods and toast. No cereal or fruit.
Our toilet still had residue of previous occupants use which wasn't very pleasant.
The bedroom was rather warm.

Very Disappointed with beds
Pros:

Location right on sea front ,

Cons:

Room 207 was received,
The room itself was basic which was enough,
However later it was found that the TV wasn't working properly due to a signal problem,
But most of all the bed arrangement was unacceptable, after half an hour of trying to get comfortable, it was soon understood the mattress was well past it,
No support in the middle and we could both feel the metal springs even though the bedding,
Resulting in a back ache the next morning,

Pros:

The staff were great
Like to thank the lady on reception for going out her way to provide hair spray she kindly purchased for me .
Had upgrade which was also really good

It was in an excellent position for the Playhouse. It had a lovely sea view from ghe bedroom and also from the bar/restaurant. Tha staff were very welcoming and helpful and polite. The room was clean and spacious, it was also very warm, maybe a little too warm but we opened the window and that sorted that.The food was excellent, overall a very good experience and would definitely go there again. In fact I'm visiting Weston-super-Mare again in June but alas it's fully booked.

Disappointing

Cons:

Shower was broken tv remote didn’t work blinds on window not working. The £12:95 extra for breakfast and what you actually got for that price is a joke the fact that I was made to pay for it before I actually knew what I was getting because if I’d known I wouldn’t of bothered and gone elsewhere in fact the whole place was overpriced for what it was hugely disappointing I will not be returning.🙁
