Smelled badly of damp. Damp walls damp carpet. Lucky needed 1 night and got in late after the festival.
£115 room only, not good enough by a long way.
Had to sleep with 2 windows open, then you get all the noise from outside.
Not acceptable fell ripped off.
Property was fine - decent pub
Tiny shower, dark dingy room
Friendly lovely clean rooms , nice location
All fine no negative report
I didn't eat a full breakfast, however the meals I did eat were execellent and offered numerous choice of dishes. My room was a double and provided all the facilitiies required including the TV which had installed most inernet channels. The location is perfect for access to all cenral shops, beach , bars and attractions.
It's easy to nit-pick and find fault, but overall it's fine.
Staff and bedding and towels were clean
Very dated , broken blinds in window , broken window handles stained carpets , lack of facilities in room only one plug socket , discoloured shower silicone and limescale in toilet , pillows were not great - cracked paint on celling and pipes
Good location and a good price
Beds seemed quite small
The Breakfast has no continental full stop. Cooked, cereal, toast or nothing.
Someone must have bought a job offer of paint the same colour everywhere.
It has a lift but it belongs in the British museum, it travels at one speed very slowly. If there are more that two of you with suitcases you have had it, along wait.
The room we were in, it has been along time since the window cleaner visited, disgusting.
If you are thin, then getting in and out of the shower. As the room we were in the shower door hit the toilet, which doesn't move very much. There was no shelf to put your toothbrush and toothpaste, same as the shower no where to put the shampoo or shower gel except on the floor every time you used them.
We were glad it was only four days.
We love it here staff are so friendly would not stay anywhere else
The hotel is well located, the staff is very friendly, and the room clean.
The room was very old, with the sink outside the bathroom. There were noticeable leaks in the walls and the curtains didn't close properly.
Close to everywhere we wanted to visit.
Fan in one room both not the other.
The bed was comfortable
The room is totally different then pictures
Location
Our room was very warm and no towels
The staff were lovely and helpful
Thought the staff were really nice. Location was great. Clean land tidy
It was abit warm in the room but it was a hot day, maybe a fan in room?
Dingy corridors.
Unpleasant room- mould in the corner...see pics.
You would not let this room out - especially at £100 a night.
Walls need painting.
View of a wall.

Bright and well maintained hotel right on the sea front. Tasty food at reasonable prices. Welcoming friendly staff went out of their way to accommodate our preferences.
Translucent curtains on a bright sunny morning.
