It was in an excellent position for the Playhouse. It had a lovely sea view from ghe bedroom and also from the bar/restaurant. Tha staff were very welcoming and helpful and polite. The room was clean and spacious, it was also very warm, maybe a little too warm but we opened the window and that sorted that.The food was excellent, overall a very good experience and would definitely go there again. In fact I'm visiting Weston-super-Mare again in June but alas it's fully booked.

Cons:

Shower was broken tv remote didn’t work blinds on window not working. The £12:95 extra for breakfast and what you actually got for that price is a joke the fact that I was made to pay for it before I actually knew what I was getting because if I’d known I wouldn’t of bothered and gone elsewhere in fact the whole place was overpriced for what it was hugely disappointing I will not be returning.🙁

Great 2 night stay will be back soon for another visit.

Staff very friendly and helpful.
Hotel perfect location for sea view.
Food very nice portions adequate size

Cons:

Room was small but suitable for a couple. Although the bed needs some attention very noisy. Also the lift is very loud.

Had everything we needed but there are far better around - would stay again but only if all others were full

Cons:

Public area carpets filthy -pale colour and very stained- such a shame as it spoiled the look of a generally great place
Also. Beautifully cooked breakfast served at a hot plate by a member of staff- but only seven items
Allowed - adequate but the only offering was that , toast, choice of two juices and tea and coffee from pump flasks- meagre choice really - even though it was lovely.
