InTown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta GA - West Midtown

The customer service representative who checked me in was amazing. I understand it was not her fault. She made the process bearable, but not having water for three days that’s over half my trip that was so disgusting. I could not flush the toilet after using it I will never ever book again. The room I booked online was not the room I was given. I was told the blooms that are shown online or the premium rooms which I am OK with paying the additional cost, but I did not receive a room worthy of me staying in this was the worst vacation I have ever taken. I am done with these booking sites because too much can go wrong. I don’t think I deserve that I am a loyal booking band and that day was a waste. I had to take showers at the gym that was no need for me to book. There were roaches carcasses laid around the room where you tell they sprayed. I am so done I am done.

Staff was not nice, lacks courtesy of hospitality business. The kitchen stove was bad. I complained, but nothing was done.

The soliciting of women tenents...the Inn looks like a prostitution hub. From the moment I arrived at the building, I was solicited... When I questioned about the resident, I was told she is a postitute....I don't do postitutes....and I was shown many of them.... An older guy also shared his concern, saying, ''These whores would make them shut down the damn building.'

I stayed in American Stay Extended Inn and Holiday Inn, and there was no soliciting.

Also, certain parts of the complex, especially near the office area, smell pee, and the steps and corridor need some cleaning/power washing.

The first room was not clean and had a bad odor the manager Tina was very rude and nasty to the guests and even myself

They’re rates aren’t the same online, i was told i couldn’t book another stay using booking.com which made me feel uncomfortable. The staff are not as professional. I had to ask for new sheets because they didn’t change the sheets.

I made my reservation and because my flight arrived at 7PM which I said when I was booking . My room was give out I had to find a place with my kids after a long trip of 12Hours. When I arrived the staff member said not because check in is at 11AM not at this time so I had to fine a hotel.

The water wasn't hot. Kind of Luke warm.

The staff was very very rude and disrespectful and my room was canceled because when we arrived we was told we couldn't get our room because the previous ppl was still in there then was told they didn't know when I'll room a be ready them the General manager had a nasty attitude and canceled our reservation so unprofessional

Everything from the miscommunication to the rude and up professional employee. Don't waste your money, it's not worth it
