Good breakfast and location, but staff service needs improvement.

Cons:

Hotel front desk staff is lack of consideration for customer needs. We were reached hotel at 11.15am, we stored our luggage at hotel and completed the check in process. We were told the check in time is 3pm, we left the hotel for lunch. We came back to hotel again at 2.10pm and approached male front desk staff for allowing us to check in earlier, as we were very tired after long hours midnight flight from Singapore. However, our demand was rejected, the hotel staff insisted the check in time is after 3pm. At last,we were allowed to check in at 2.45pm, and were told our luggage had been kept in our room.

Die Lage für den Preis war super.

Bett war viel zu klein für 2 Personen.
Dass man jedes Mal mit dem Fahrstuhl in der Lobby hält.
