Impecable limpieza. La habitación tenía una terraza enorme con mesa y vistas a la ciudad y al vesubio.El desayuno muy completo y variado. Buen café y bollería. Podias desayunar en el comedor o la terraza. El personal atento y amable.
Está cerca de 2 estaciones garibaldi y central napoli.
Cerca de restaurantes y comercio. Nos sentimos seguros caminando de noche.
El baño es pequeño. Solo eso. Todo lo demas un 10.
Location was perfect for sightseeing and easy access to rail station and airport shuttle. One block from the station and from the Alibus stop. From the hotel you can reach Spaccanapoli within 5min walk but if you are tired after a long day of enjoying the sights it is also possible to take the metro. Staff were very kind and helpful; the AC worked well which was essential for our summer visit. The pizzeria right across from the hotel is a little gem and there is a small market next to it that is really convenient.
The room we had was spacious however it was not possible to open the windows as they faced an internal passageway, so it can get stuffy after a while.
The location is good, rooms are spacious, breakfast is good, air conditioning is very good, and I had a huge terrace and the view is beautiful from that terrace.
The room smells a bit bad in my case. They are keeping two small mattresses on one double bed (Don't know for what reason), which is slightly uncomfortable. One receptionist did not let my friends come inside the hotel and room. Instead he said the owners do not allow that. Although it was extremely hot outside, and I wanted them to sit and have a glass of water with me.

En relación calidad precio está muy bien. Habitación amplia, con aire y lo mejor de todo una terraza privada en cada habitación con tumbona, ducha y unas vistas a la puesta de sol sobre la ciudad muy buena. La cama cómoda, con varias almohadas a elegir. El hotel está muy cerca de la estación central, aunque la zona no parece muy buena, no tuve ningún problema. El desayuno no es variado, pero un día tenía programada una excursión y me dejaron entrar al salón 15 minutos antes de la hora de comienzo. Todo muy bien.
La limpieza de la habitación, no se puede decir que estuviese sucia, pero es verdad que había alguna hormiga y que por alguna esquina del techo se veía alguna telaraña. La cama era grande, en uno de los lados el colchón se hundía un poco, pero como estaba yo solo, me puse en el otro y se estaba bien.
El personal molt atent, especialment el del menjador.

δεν υπάρχει κάτι αρνητικό να επισημάνει κανείς, είναι απολύτως ικανοποιητικό για ξενοδοχείο της κατηγορίας του. το πρωινό θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερο.
