Riped off robbed by hotel staff DO NOT STAY HERE

I rented room never got to stay arrived 602 pm and no one at lobby desk waited 617 pm guy came out said wasn't there bye 6pm and he rented room to another person and said I was charged for room I said let me have room or refund he said tough and walked away so me and wife rented another. Hotel was still charged bye intown suites there criminals in my opinion booking .Com please help resolve this issue

Got to sleep in room check in 3 pm to 6 pm was there 602 pm told tough rented room to another but I will have to pay for room I'm a disabled vet going to my mom's funeral the worst experience in town suites charged me for room said you were 3 min late so paid but no stay some one else in my room

The worse place ever.
Pros:

Anything, everything that I experienced in this place was awful.

Cons:

This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed. The room was filthy, and the entire hotel lacked even the most basic standards of cleanliness. To make things worse, there were bedbugs in the room! I woke up covered in bites and completely disgusted.

The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I brought up the issues, they showed no concern and made no effort to resolve anything. The attitude was dismissive, and the customer service was nonexistent.

For the price I paid, I expected at least decent accommodations, but this was unacceptable. This place is overpriced for the terrible experience it offers. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, not even for a single night. Stay far away!

Pros:

The place is very low class.
The Internet has a maximum speed of 7MB!
The entire hotel is on one ISD line so when multiple people are using, the speed is even less than 7 MB. That’s the maximum!!!
How can anyone stay in this cheap hotel?

When you check in you don't get any dishes ,not even to check out to return.Two towels 2 washclothes for however long the stay.The staff is only there from 11 am to 7 pm.Then all night people in and out of the exit door next to my room.Smells like weed in the halls.Didnt feel safe in the elevator or hallways or parking lot.Tried to brave it out but the Erie feeling was to much.Also the bed is as hard as a rock

Pros:

Terrible. No room service for 10 days. In the end made us throw out the garbage. Check in is at 4 not 11. Only front desk open between 11-7. If u lose your key after that. Good luck.

Racist Property Manager
Pros:

Property manager is very rude and made racist comments against my family and I for requesting help with a broken tub and toilet that was leaking water all over the floor and leaking from the wall in the bathroom, she put my family on a do not stay list for all intown suites because she did not want to accommodate us with an issue that was wrong before we got here. we have only been here a little over a week and this is how we are being treated. Thank GOD we are leaving tomorrow, the property manager refused to extend our stay and move us to a more appropriate room.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place!
poor management and the place is not up to standard.
