There is a check-in terminal in the building. Check-in is only available from 15:00 onwards. To enter the building, you need to enter your debit or credit card and wait for the tone before you can open the door.

The apartment is cleaned once a week. This includes a change of bed linen and towels, rubbish disposal and also a light clean of the kitchen.

Pros:

Die Ausstattung war super!

Cons:

Die Lage ist nicht der Hingucker, aber da kann das Apartment nichts dafür. Auch wenn der Park nebenbei sehr gut besucht war (Tag und Nacht) und es auch mal lauter wurde, wir wurden von niemanden belästigt.

Pros:

Un studio agréable, bien équipé et très propre. Les transports publics et supermarchés à proximité.

Cons:

Le quartier de Wedding n'est pas le plus agréable de Berlin...

Pros:

Everything was sooo good. The place is beautiful and has everything you need for both a short and a long stay. There are grocery stores nearby, good breakfast options, and it’s close to the metro.

Cons:

The only downside is the closest surroundings — there are bars and some kind of club or wedding venue (?) nearby. It was really loud, and the smell of smoking was so strong that we couldn’t open the windows.

Pros:

Really well equipped flat spotlessly clean and in safe building. Close to u bahn and buses. Handy local supermarket and cafes. Friendly locals. Liked the his and hers bathrooms.

Cons:

Much rubbish in streets when we arrived die to strike, but quickly cleaned up when strike finished.

Good place to stay for a weekend trip, noise is an issue!
Pros:

Location is great in Wedding, more residential but easy access by tube to apartment. 5 min walk from station and good supermarket and pharmacy nearby

Cons:

The apartment is right next to / on top of a Bar. It was unbearably noisy on Friday and Saturday night, with music ending at 3am and could hear the bass from the main bedroom until then ( from the second floor, one of the bedrooms was directly above the bar)

Pros:

Ļoti jauks un atsaucīgs personāls. Apartamenti plaši, stilīgi, ar divām vannasistabām (kas ģimenei, kurā ir trīs sieviešu kārtas pārstāves ir ļoti būtiski 😁). Daudz skapju, plauktu drēbju, mantu uzglabāšanai. Jutāmies ērti šajos apartamentos. 10 balles tīrībai !!!

Superbe appartement
Pros:

L'appartement est très spacieux, décoré avec soin. Les deux salles de bain et deux balcons sont très appréciables. La vue du 5e étage est sympa. Le check-in en autonomie est pratique. Le ménage a été fait au bout de deux jours. Savon, shampooing et crème hydratante sont fournis.

Cons:

Nous avons été réveillés un matin par des agents de maintenance de la clim... Moment un peu gênant.
C'est un détail mais : le papier toilette pourrait être de meilleure qualité pour que tout soit parfait...

Hersey yolundaydı, gayet memnun kaldık, giriş ve çıkış işlemleri kolaydı, herkese tavsiye ederim.
Pros:

2 yatak odalı olması çok iyiydi, sigara içenler için balkon olması güzeldi, gayet temizdi.

Cons:

Konum olarak merkeze biraz uzaktı, ama yine de uber ile heryere rahat ulaştık.

Bestens! Gern wieder!
Pros:

Sehr schön eingerichtet Appartement. Es wurde an alles gedacht. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und beste Anbindung mit den Öffis direkt um die Ecke. Trotz der Lage sehr ruhig!
Konnte mein Gepäck schon vor dem Checkin abgeben und es wurde sicher verwahrt.

Cons:

Das ist kein Kritikpunkt: da ich nicht sehr groß bin, konnte ich das Geschirr in den Oberschränken nicht erreichen und habe dafür einen Stuhl benutzt, Vlt wäre eine kleine Leiter oder ein Tritt angebracht.
