There is a check-in terminal in the building. Check-in is only available from 15:00 onwards. To enter the building, you need to enter your debit or credit card and wait for the tone before you can open the door.

The apartment is cleaned once a week. This includes a change of bed linen and towels, rubbish disposal and also a light clean of the kitchen.

가족 여행에 정말 적합한 숙소
Pros:

베를린 아파트먼트 중 드물게 화장실 2개로, 4명의 가족이 편리하게 사용.
침실과 거실이 잘 분리되어 있어서, 각자 원하는 대로 휴식과 일상을 즐길 수 있음.
식기와 조리도구가 잘 구비되어, 요리를 해먹기도 좋았음.
세탁실 이용도 편리했음.

Cons:

전반적으로 기대 이상이었고, 호텔에서 소개한 내용과도 차이가 없었음.
그래서 아쉬웠던 점은 없음.

Prima, bei Bedarf gerne wieder. 
Pros:

Total schön, intelligent eingerichtet - das Bett war abgeteilt und nicht offen im Raum. Der Balkon ist nett. Aufenthalt für eine Nacht, dafür braucht man keine Küchenzeile. War aber vergleichbar zu einem Hotelzimmer nicht teurer und die Lage bei meinem diesmal Aufenthalt gut.

Heerlijk verblijf in Berlijn-Wedding
Pros:

Heel mooi appartement. Heel goed bed (boxspring) en complete keuken. Fijne regendouche en prima airco.
Parkeergarage (optioneel) op ca 300 m loopafstand. Op loopafstand van metro en S-bahn station, supermarkt en koffiebar.

Pros:

Acomodações eram novas, limpas e confortáveis.

Cons:

Da localização. Nos sentimos inseguros com a vizinhança ( praça cheia de mendigos, ruas sujas/pichadas e poucas opções de restaurante próximos) além de ficar longe dos pontos turísticos. Nos sentimos enganados, fomos alocados no Downtown Apartments do bairro de Wedding, quando nossa intenção era para apartamento no bairro Mitte ( centro). Atenção, no momento da reserva essa informação não é clara, pois na reserva aparece Downtown Apartments Mitte-Wedding nos levando a crer que a reserva era para o bairro Mitte. Deveria aparecer somente o local efetivo da reserva.

Very clean. Great facilities - 2 bathrooms with showers. Ideal for family if 5. Air Con very good which was badly needed as the weather was very hot. Very convenient as close proximity to a train station for U and S Bahn lines.

Cons:

Location isn’t good. Didn’t feel very safe. On one occasion the glass in front door of hotel was smashed in.

lokalita nas najprv prekvapila,v okoli je parcik s bezdomovcami.rychlo sme vsak zistili, ze problem bezdomovectva je v celom berline. takze nasledne sa nam nasa stvrt uz zdala "normalna". su pokojni,akurat je v okoli spina a zapach a citite sa neprijemne

Pros:

l'appartamento (Red) è molto carino, pulito e abbastanza nuovo. A finestre chiuse non si avvertono rumori da fuori anche se sotto c'è un bar serale. Si trova in una zona residenziale davanti ad un piccolo parco urbano, nelle vicinanze ci sono la metro, supermercati che chiudono alle 22 e alimentari etnici. E' dotato di lavanderia comune nel seminterrato. Il personale è cortese e disponibile.

Cons:

nel parchetto sottostante soggiornano alcuni senza fissa dimora, al primo impatto si può essere diffidenti e temere di essere importunati, in realtà è tranquillo. Non è una zona con molte proposte di ristorazione o per trascorrere serate. Se vi piace la "movida" qui non c'è.

Nina et Mayo sont très sympathiques et répondent rapidement.
Insonorisation de la rue efficace..
La vue n'est pas forcément la plus folle, mais les 2 terrasses sont vraiment un plus, si la météo vous permet d'en profiter..
Literie de bonne qualité.
Équipement de cuisine complet
Prestations de très bonne qualité dans l'ensemble et des petites attentions à l'arrivée.
Très bien pour groupe de 5 avec ses 2 salles d'eau ! 😁
