Close to the Tam Coc main area, where you can get everything you need. Clean room, beautiful garden and friendly staff. Quiet cozy place to stay

Cons:

Very slow and unstable WiFi. This was a big issues when the sim card also didn't have good coverage. Morning call from the roosters, starting as early as 4am till after 6am! I'm a light sleeper so was affected a lot.

Mini fridge is not listed but it will be great to include this in the room. Actually it's quite important in Vietnam weather 😅

L'hôte était super gentil et serviable! Tout était super propre. Possibilité de réserver vélo et scooter sur place à très bon prix et il peut réserver des bus si besoin également. Rapport qualité prix à Tam Coc imbattable !

La gentillesse de l’hôte au début.

Nous n’avons pas eu la chambre réservée : nous devions avoir une chambre au premier étage avec balcon, mais nous avons été installés au rez-de-chaussée, dans une chambre moins chère avec quatre couchages, donnant sur une cour très fréquentée.

À peine arrivés, nous avons découvert plusieurs cafards sortant de la salle de bain, dont la propreté laisse clairement à désirer.

Après avoir signalé le problème à l’hôte, celui-ci nous a répondu que la chambre réservée n’était pas disponible et que, vu le prix payé, nous ne devions pas faire les difficiles, allant jusqu’à nous inviter à chercher ailleurs.

Nous comprenons que le tarif soit attractif, mais cela ne justifie ni le manque d’hygiène ni un manque de considération envers les clients. Le minimum attendu reste une chambre propre, conforme à la réservation. Nous avons donc quitté les lieux, malgré une réservation de quatre nuits.

Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo
Pros:

Struttura nuova, ordinata. Stanze essenziali e pulite. La colazione é buona. Il proprietario é molto gentile e disponibile anche se non parla inglese (è facile la comunicazione con google traduttore).

Parfait si vous aimez le calme
Pros:

un peu éloigné du centre mais parfait pour être au calme. Le propriétaire est très gentil et arrangeant .Bon rapport qualité prix. Je suis ravie d'avoir séjourné ici :)

Pros:

Fantastic host who was super helpful with booking anything needed. We had a sleeper bus late in the evening and Linh let us stay for the evening to rest and shower before the bus. The Homestay was in the perfect location right in the town! Would come back again

Pros:

Il soggiorno è stato complessivamente gradevole e comodo per girare nella zona di Tam Coc. La nostra camera era un po’ spartana ma spaziosa e la colazione ottima, preparata da Linh sul momento, con frutta, pancake e uova. Caffè da migliorare: amiamo il caffè vietnamita ma abbiamo apprezzato poco quello che ci ha dato. Linh è davvero gentile e premurosa. Ci ha inoltre tenuto i bagagli tutto il giorno e soprattutto ci ha permesso di farci una doccia prima di andare a prendere il treno notturno - molto utile in questo periodo molto caldo. Grazie!

Pros:

Such a cute little homestay, on a quiet street far enough from the noise of the main street but also just a 2minute walk from everything in town (including a pool bar around the corner if you need a swim to cool off). Linh is THE SWEETEST human, always greeting everyone with a smile and giggles. She helped us book every activity, taxi and anything else we needed during our stay. We planned to do most of our sightseeing on our own but she offered us a tour of Trang An, Hang Mua Cave and Bai Dinh pagoda which ended up being such an unforgettable experience. She made our stay in Ninh Binh so special!
(ps her mango pancakes are THE BEST!!!)
