Sehr gutes Omelett zum Frühstück. Recht neues Gebäude und sauber. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, leider kein englisch aber mit Übersetzer ging schon.

The place was really good, the beds were super big and the owner was super nice! This is a good small budget place where to stay. Is a bit away from the main street, so it is quiet and nice for sleeping in.

We enjoyed our stay here at Linh’s homestay. She is very kind, enthusiastic and helpful with taxis, tours, bikes, etc. The garden is lovely, and we felt right at home with Linh and her family. The breakfasts were delicious too! We would love to come back and recommend staying if you’re in Tam Coc :)

Le lieu, un vrai écrin de verdure ainsi que sa localisation parfaite dans Tam Coc.

Гостевой дом понравился. Особенно его хозяева приняли как родных. Уютный дворик, просторный номер. Есть всё и что нужно. Хозяйка гостевого дома очень милая женщина, старается помочь во всём. Помогла нам с покупкой билетов на слип бас , проводила до автовокзала" ипосадила на автобус. В связи с Вьетнамским новым годом, каждый вечер хозяйка кормила нас очень вкусным бесплатным ужином. Всё очень понравилось, обязательно вернемсч ещё.

L'emplacement est vraiment parfait, à proximité de tous les bars et restaurants tout en étant au calme dans une rue parallèle.
L'accueil: Lynh est vraiment une super hôte, disponible, toujours prête à aider et de bons conseils pour les activités ou même pour la réservation des bus. Elle s'occupe des réservations ce qui est confortable lorsque on ne parle pas la langue.....Elle parle très bien anglais ainsi qu'un français très correct ce qui facilite les échanges. Nous avons pu payer par carte, des vélos et des scooters son à disposition en location.
Il faut goûter ses pancakes au petit déjeuner qui sont délicieux. Lynh est une personne attachante qui aime recevoir.

We really enjoyed the peace and quiet ( just come from hanoi!). Nice garden area with fruit trees outside the window and away from the busier main street , though just a short walk there for restaurants etc. The room was really comfortable, quite big and great hot showers. The owners are nice, friendly and leave you to enjoy your own space. Bonus entertainment was the frogs calling at night in the water nearby.

Everything is new. The room and the bathroom are super clean and the bed is very comfortable. The location is in an very quiet aerea just 10 minutes walking from the busy streets. The common area is always clean and tidy. Breakfast simple but really good. The best part is the owner: a really kind and professional guy. We traveled for 6 months in Asia and this is the best accommodation we’ve found so far at this price! Super recommend!

The lovely host was always helpful and friendly. Very helpful with bookings and making us feel welcome. Cooked us nice meals, always willing to give advice or direct us somewhere. Very close to the rice fields and also everything in tam coc. It was easy to go and enjoy the town but not be in the hustle and bustle.
