Pros:

Ausstattung des Zimmers und das große Bett

Cons:

Das Bad war etwas sehr klein.
Die Abflüsse in der Dusche und Toilette dreckig.
Am Waschbeckenunterschrank hing ein Griff herunter.
Wenig Licht. Eine Glühlampe über dem Waschbecken ging nicht.

Das Zimmer ging auf eine Straßenbahnlinie, Der grelle quietschende Lärm war in der ganzen Nacht sehr störend, man konnte das Fenster nicht öffnen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück entsprach nicht dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Gute Unterkunft zu angemessenem Preis...Hier würden wir wieder buchen.
Pros:

Frühstück ist gut. Alles frisch und schmackhaft. Es gibt frisches leckeres Obst, Brötchen , Kaffee, Milch...was will man mehr?
Spirelli - Park ist nach 400 m fußläufig erreichbar.
Parken ist kein Problem.
Griech. Lokal ist auch sehr nett eingerichtet.

Cons:

Die vielen Treppen könnten für ältere Menschen mit schweren Koffern etwas beschwerlich sein. Sicher kann man dort Hilfe bekommen.

Freundlicher Empfang, aber insgesamt laut, unruhig und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt nicht.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, mit ausreichender Auswahl und frischen Produkten. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Von außen wirkte das Haus zunächst wie ein gemütliches griechisches Lokal mit guter Stimmung. Auf der Terrasse saßen jedoch Gäste in dichter Rauchwolke. Beim Betreten des Lokals erinnerte die Atmosphäre eher an eine laute Kneipe – es wurde in verschiedenen Sprachen laut gerufen und gelacht. Die Inhaberin, eine ältere Dame mit starkem griechischem Akzent, begrüßte mich freundlich. Die Einrichtung war sehr urig und erinnerte mehr an eine Kneipe als an ein Hotel.

Auf der Speisekarte standen Gerichte aus der griechischen, deutschen und italienischen Küche. Dennoch wirkte die gastronomische Gestaltung wenig stimmig. Die Auswahl war ein Mix verschiedener Speisen, von denen nur wenige meinen Geschmack trafen. Enttäuschend war, dass kein einziges Fischgericht angeboten wurde – etwas, das man in einem echten griechischen Restaurant erwartet. Auch Brot wurde nicht gereicht. Die Preise waren zudem deutlich zu hoch und standen in keinem Verhältnis zur Qualität und zum Ambiente.
