HA receptionist was so helpful and friendly.
Breakfasts were very small but adequate. Pool was a lovely welcome after a one-day in the warm.
She also did offer for me to move rooms on my last night which I should have said yes to as it was much nicer
But didn't seen the point foen night.

Everything was wonderful! We stayed here a week and it really felt like home. Beds were huge and comfortable and so was the shower. Very convenient location, very affordable and the breakfast was delicious. Ha, the owner, was so incredibly kind and helpful, along with the rest of the staff. All very clean, can hire bikes for a reasonable price and the breakfast was lovely.

Estaba muy limpio, muy bien situado. Son muy amables. Las instalaciones están muy bien. Una de los mejores hoteles en los que estuve en Vietnam.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had a really pleasant experience overall. Before arriving, the hotel helped arrange an airport pick-up, which made things very easy. When I got there, Ha (I think that was her name) sat me down and gave a great introduction to the hotel and shared helpful tips on things to do in Hoi An.

Breakfast was nice, with around 6 options to choose from plus a variety of drinks. The bed was incredibly comfy, and I loved having a smart TV so I could watch YouTube. The bathroom was modern and clean, which I really appreciated.

I also booked a trip to Ba Na Hills through the hotel, which was super convenient. The staff member kept in touch with me on WhatsApp, which was a really nice personal touch. Overall, the service was friendly and helpful, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Uns hat sehr gut gefallen, wie sehr uns Ha bei allen Fragen und in Bezug auf Beratung zu Ausflügen, etc zur Seite stand. Ha sprach ein sehr gutes Englisch. Es war faszinierend, wie schnell sie alles arrangiert hat. Das kleine Hotel war sehr gemütlich. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Hoi An and would highly recommend it. Everything was spotless and very well maintained, which made our stay really comfortable. The breakfast each morning was lovely with a great selection, and the location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful.

What really made our experience stand out, though, was the staff. They were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the receptionist in particular went above and beyond for us. She was so kind and helpful throughout our stay and even organised our car to the airport, making everything completely stress-free.

Overall, a wonderful experience—we would definitely stay here again!

Bon hôtel, très bien placé entre le centre et les rizières. Possibilité de louer des vélos. L’hôte est à l’écoute et nous aide pour les activités en ville !
