Excel·lent allotjament i personal excepcional
Pros:

Tot ha estat de 10, i per això li dono una puntuació de 10/10. L’amabilitat i professionalitat de la Ha i de tot l’equip han estat excepcionals. Sempre atents, disposats a ajudar i amb molt bon nivell d’anglès. L’esmorzar és excel·lent, molt variat i inclòs en el preu. Les instal·lacions estan molt cuidades, amb una piscina molt agradable, habitacions impecablement netes i servei de neteja diari si el vols. També ofereixen bicicletes de lloguer a molt bon preu. La ubicació és molt bona, a uns 15 minuts del centre. A més, l’habitació era molt tranquil·la i no hi entrava llum al matí, cosa que permet descansar perfectament.
Tornaria a allotjar-m’hi sense cap dubte i el recomano totalment

Cons:

L'únic aspecte menys positiu és que l’habitació 101 no disposa de llum natural. Personalment no ens va molestar gens, però pot ser un inconvenient per a algunes persones.

La struttura è molto accogliente, Ha ci ha aiutato e fatto sentire i benvenuti dal momento del nostro arrivo. Tutte il personale è molto gentile e accogliente. La colazione è semplice ma deliziosa e la struttura si trova in una posizione ottima.

We are very happy and I would highly recommend the villa to everyone!
Pros:

The location was easy and convenient. All the staffs are friendly and approachable. However, I wanted to highlight the women that assisted us all throughout from pre departure until our last day in the villa. She organized our transfers and tour activities including our tickets. She always initiate and offer assistance to every activity we do. I would highly recommend this villla.

Pros:

Ha, la responsable est adorable ! Elle fera son maximum pour vous aider à organiser vos activités à un meilleur prix. Elle m'a aidé à régler un soucis ! Elle est très chaleureuse ! La chambre au 4eme est génial ! Et l'emplacement est à 15 min à pied du centre

- l'eau servie en bouteille en verre (moins de plastique)
- la possibilité de louer un vélo à la journée pour un prix modique
- le prix de la chambre

Nous n'avons pas aimé
- abscence d'ascenseur (problème pour mon papa qui a des difficultés pour se déplacer)
- petit déjeuner frugal (thé, café ou jus de fruits, pain ou omelette ou crêpe, mais impossible d'avoir plusieurs boissons et plats)

Le personnel, le tarif bon marché et les excursions possible depuis l’hôtel. Le service fourni par le personnel est top.

Cons:

La salle de bain sans fenêtre (coq qui hurle des 3/4h du matin) et fort bruit dans le plafond causé par des animaux. Nous avions une chambre sans fenêtre, s était visible sur les photos mais pas mentionné. Pas d’eau chaude mais cela n’a pas été gênant. Piscine très peu accessible.

Lovely and comfortable!
Pros:

This place is incredible value for money. Nice pool area and rooms were very clean! The staff were the friendliest people we’ve come across and helped us in any way they could. I would definitely stay here again!

Personal muy atento y amable, te ayudan a gestionarlo todo (transporte al aeropuerto más barato que con Grab!). Cama grande y cómoda

Cons:

La piscina no tenía tratada el agua, de modo que no se podía utilizar. A veces el agua caliente no funcionaba.
