Ha was lovely at the Check in and gave us many good recommendations for Hoi An. She also arranged a pick up service from Danang and a cooking class for us. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. After Check out we were able to take a shower before our night bus, which was amazing.

Zelo prijazno osebje. Receptorka gospa Ha si je vzela čas zame in mi vse razložila, bila je zelo skrbna ter vedno pripravljena pomagati. Prav tako je odlično govorila angleško, tako da je sporazumevanje potekalo nemoteno. Zelo prijetna izkušnja, če ne najboljša v 20 dnevih mojega potovanja po Vietnamu. Vilo bi res priporočila vsakemu, sama pa se definitivno vrnem, če bom še kdaj potovala po Vietnamu.

I love the big balcony with confortable chairs. They provide good breakfast too. Very good value for money.
We need to take off our shoes to walk upstair without lift. The power outlet at bedside was damaged before we arrived and we have to resort to use the freeze power outlet to charge of phones.

La chambre etait spacieuse et très propre. Le petit déjeuner très bon.
Un grand merci à Ha qui nous a beaucoup aidé et qui est vraiment très gentille et à l’écoute de ses clients. On s’est senti comme chez nous des le début. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Lovely people, very welcoming! We arrived late so the security man let us in and he was very nice and made us feel very welcome. Everyone else there we met the next day and they are such kind and friendly people. The bedroom was lovely and the breakfast was delicious! Will definitely be coming back!

Great stay! Ha contacted us right after we booked and arranged a private car from Da Nang at a very good price. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures and the property was lovely and welcoming.
We also booked a boat tour and our transfer to Hue through them, with no extra markup, and were very happy with both. The laundry service was excellent too.
On our last morning, as we had to leave early and couldn’t have breakfast, Ha kindly offered us bicycles to run an errand and even prepared delicious bánh mì for our journey. Such a thoughtful gesture!
Really kind and helpful service throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
