Pros:

Ha ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und sind gleich eine Nacht länger geblieben. Frühstück war sehr lecker.

We just spent four nights ( 2 adults and two young children) and it was fantastic, the hosts are really like family, very welcoming, chatty and very helpful. The breakfast is a perfect way to slowly start your day. While we didnt use the pool it looked lush especially for those warmer days.

The homestay is perfectly located approx a 15min stroll into the old town and centrally located to rice fields and multiple tours around Hoi An. I really recommend this place to everyone after a clean, safe and centrally located property. We will be back.

Pros:

Abbiamo scelto la struttura perché un po' fuori rispetto alla vecchia città, quindi meno traffico e rumori. In 10 minuti a piedi si è comunque nel centro città.È anche molto vicina alla strada che porta al mare...in 10 minuti di taxi ci si arriva. Anche andarci in bicicletta è facile.
Colazione a scelta sul menù, preparata al momento, l'abbiamo trovata buona.
C'è il guardiano notturno, per cui è possibile tornare anche tardi dopo la mezzanotte.

Cons:

La camera non aveva la finestra, e quella del bagno dava su un balcone interno proprio davanti ad una altra stanza, ma era segnalato al momento della prenotazione. L'unica pecca di questa cosa, è che gli asciugamani e/o costumi ci mettono molto ad asciugare...per cui valutate una camera con la finestra se state più giorni e volete fare anche mare.

Great place to stay. Totally recommend
Pros:

Ma is an exceptional host. Always smiling and ready and waiting to help. The room is spacious and clean. The location is great super close to everything. We liked it so much we stayed longer.
