Pros:

Shower connection was leaking and very weak water pressure to take shower. Wifi signal was too weak and unstable so limited internet connections. I won't visit there anymore if I have another chance to stay near there.

Pros:

For a solo traveler, the room and bed are spacious. The AC and hot water heater for the shower is reliable.

As a bar exam taker who took the test in UST, I highly recommend the place for being accessible in places you need to be such as for eating, groceries, going to the bank, buying medicine etc. Everything is within walking distance.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good services around the area. Many places to eat at walking distance. And can refill water bottles across the street.

Clean, cozy, and accessible
Pros:

Perfect for an overnight or two if you're planning to roam around the metro for most of the day. There's no refrigerator or a microwave oven, not even a dining table and chairs but still we enjoyed our stay, it is cozy and clean. Accessible and near malls and establishments.
