Nos proponían otro tipo de habitaciones, (diferente) a las que reservamos

El tercero que renta por expedia, cobra un sobre precio y no te avisan hasta que reservas.

En realidad cuando llegue no tenía una reservacion dijeron que ya trabajan oyo y no e pedido recuperar mi di ernero

Sobre la propiedad y expedía mala experiencia

No hicieron limpieza de la habitación ningun dia. Guarde cosas en el refrigerador y las consumieron. Esta mal ubicado

Reservations mean nothing to this hotel. I booked two rooms well in advance for the 2024 Mexican 1000 race so that my team would have a place to crash before the next day of racing. We arrived at 5:00 p.m. and we're told that they had already given away our rooms. Clearly, someone had shown up before us and waved cash in their faces.

I wasn't looking for any place fancy and I cannot comment on the actual rooms because I never saw that inside. They were absolutely unapologetic and I will never trust this company again.

Dreadful. Should not be sold in Hotels as it’s awful , in a dreadful area. There are no streets as such , and the area is full of derelict cars and ramshackle houses. It felt very unsafe .
We booked for three nights and left after one because of the noise from neighbours and barking dogs. We did not sleep, and to cap it all we had the car blocked on and missed our trip. No refund was given as the hotel thinks it’s fine to have all night noise .
The room was tiny, and the toilet is in the way of the shower, so you have to squeeze past it .
The toilet is so close to the facing wall that you can’t easily stand up to get off the toilet.
All in all this is easily the worst place ( it’s not a hotel) that I have ever stayed in .

It is a fraud, not what they show on their webpage or expedia

It was dirty walls were all marked up parking is terrible. park in 1 line under hanging laundry all but last car is trapped in. Dogs barking all night.
We paid for 2 rooms for 3 days and only stayed for 1 night we couldn’t take another.

mala experiencia, al llegar mi reserva la habian cancelado

De hecho no me hospede, por cuestiones ajenas a mí tuve que posponer el viaje, solicité recorrer mi reserva lo que fué negado además de pretender hacer el cobro de la misma.

We had been traveling Baja staying at nice and much more expensive places. This was a much more modest but perfectly comfortable. We found the staff here to be the most helpful and courteous of anywhere we stayed.

Es una excelente opción por el precio. Excelente relación costo beneficio.

This place shouldnt be on expedia. The area does not seem safe and its very loud. We needed a cheap overnight stay but didn't want to take the chance with our truck outside.

Room lighting was poor. There is no ventilation in the bathroom. Staff, however, were friendly and helpful.

Nos cobraron más de lo que venía en la aplicación, muy básico, no hay closet, no hay plancha

Pésimo Servicio! Hice la reservación por expedia a un precio de promoción, pero al llegar al hotel dijeron que era muy barato el precio expedia y que no me respetarían el precio, y no lo respetaron, incluso por instrucciones del dueño dijo que no se podía respetar esa promoción... me tuve que ir a otro hotel.
