Extremely clean and affordable
The room was lovely but the window was blacked out. Everything was good quality. Communication through Google translate.
Just so you are aware it was cash only and they don’t serve breakfast. There are plenty of food establishments on the same road

staff not speak English at all. it’s very difficult to communicate and i ended up to pay twice as staff said i didn’t not yet paid.

The hotel is very close to the center, very convenient to travel, unique design, luxurious, elegant. The staff is very enthusiastic.
At check in, they kept insisting we have not paid for our room!, we had to show her our cc statement that it’s paid for. They won’t give us a room with a view, even though we were the only people staying there. We had to keep our curtains closed throughout as it was directly to an open top of the next building. At checkout, we were asked to pay for our room again! On our insistence, they let us go, as I said’ we paid for our room when we booked! Nice hotel, but the insisting that we have not paid for our room, even telling our driver who was waiting, makes me not happy as it sounds Ike we are staying for free! Nice location and clean place,
Reception staff was a disaster 1 nobody to help carry my luggage 2 arrogant receptionist confusing 3pc credit card fee with 30pc, no clue at all, until I told her to call management who confirmed. NO apology. VN does NOT apologise. Ever.
