Eleven of us went to have a forward planning meeting at Kingbridge Centre. A great way to take a team and get away and focus on the task at hand. From Jodi, the Sales Manager to Marylou, our event planner to the business centre helper, to the front desk and shuttle driver we were very pleased with our stay and service given to us.
Kingbridge is located in King City but you would never know - once you enter through the front gates it is a breath of fresh air - beautiful grounds and amenities. The food was delicious and the rooms were very comfortable and clean - the whole centre is super clean. Our meeting room was very inviting and easy to manage all the equipment. They gave us everything we needed to have a successful meeting.
Also, they make honey on the premises and we were able to support them by purchase a bottle for everyone to take home. Thank you for making our stay so lovely.

I am an Executive Assistant always looking for innovative and inspiring locations as an offsite venue. For my Leadership team, I booked a boardroom for a full day meeting at Kingbridge. They were looking for a space with full amenities, excellent catering, and windows surrounded with tranquil lush gardens. We found Kingbridge Conference Center had it all. Since our team is local, we didn't require guest rooms, but one day I will arrange a 2 day conference where they will stay! Thank you so much to Marylou Perruzza who was our Conference Planning Manager, she was so attentive, answers all my questions, followed up with the team onsite multiple times to make sure they were set and since I was not on site, she let me know how things were going. I appreciate that attention to detail. Executive Assistants or Administrators, if you need a space for meetings, or gatherings with an inspiring view, check out Kingbridge.
The food is excellent the rooms are comfortable . Close enough to the highway if you want to take a day trip to the city and only minutes away from Canada's Wonderland . Quiet nights and great sunsets and sunrises
I went to Kingbridge which I will refer as KB with my co-worker for a conference. It’s a beautiful secluded resort with amenities that are five star all around. When you arrive you either go park to the front desk area to drop off your luggage or go directly to guest parking. At guest parking you take your luggage with you and go buzz a button in a waiting area and they will send a minivan to get you. The driver came right away and was very pleasant. Upon arrival at the resort we were greeted by the amazing Vanessa. This lady went over and beyond to make our stay here the best for the few days we were there. Any questions were answered, our luggage was checked (our room wasn’t ready, we arrived very early) and off we went to enjoy!
This place is huge. Come prepared with running shoes and active wear because there’s beautiful trails, biking, jogging tracks, fitness center with up to date equipment, a pool, sauna, steam room...
We went to the buffet restaurant (no menues here except for in room dining). Let me tell you this buffet was also 5 star! Many thanks to the chefs, sous-chefs and staff for such an amazing dining experience. They have a hot food station, salad station, cheese and bread cracker station, soups... dessert station, it’s all there and it tastes amazing! I have never seen a buffet to such a high caliber ever! Bravo!!
The staff here also went out of their way to make your dining experience with them a pleasant one.
To name a few Bozena, Josh and the blond lady with short hair (sorry I didn’t write down your name).
They also have a pub next to the buffet with great beer and drink selections. There’s a self serve popcorn machine and they put out nuts for free. Here all the staff was also very friendly (Collette).
There’s a wonderful library with plush big leather chairs, with floor to ceiling windows that you can pick a book from their collection and just relax and read. Like I said this place is huge! I did get help from Michele at the business area for directions. A very pleasant young lady!
The pool area is stunning with towels available. The jacuzzi is situated right next to it. The ladies change room had a blow dryer, lockers with locks attached that you can use, sauna area, showers, bathroom and steam room! Maintenance was always checking the water and the concierge kept it very clean.
The trails are amazing! An extra added touch in their restrooms were free feminine products.
They have mountain bikes with helmets you can use at your whim anytime for the trails, or you can take a leisurely walk through them if you’d like instead. Thanks Richard for taking the bikes out on a cloudy day for me! There’s a meditation area next to a river with beautiful sayings.
This is a beautiful resort for not only conferences but for a couples weekend away.
Our room faced the fountain. The beds are comfortable, the bath robes plush, the bathroom is huge with a hairdryer, earth friendly shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. It’s a tub/shower combo.
You can request a fridge in your room if you’d like. Vanessa took care of that for us since she saw we had a little cooler.
The resort features beautiful artwork and the live plants and fountain make it spectacular! Would I go back here again you ask? In a heartbeat is my answer!! Truly a hidden gem in a busy Toronto area.
Thanks again to ALL the amazing staff!
Rooms aren’t anything special- think 1990’s. Basic and very little sound proofing. Facilities are nice. Pretty area and grounds. Chairs are excellent in conference centre which is a nice change.
Food is amazing. Lots to choose from and way too much.
Kind of in the middle of nowhere.
Kingbridge is 20 min from Airport; 40 min from Downtown. Since I didn't rent a car, I used Uber and it worked out very well. This place is so incredibly 'Zen' from the moment you stepped into the Front Desk check-in. Love the decorations - simple yet sophisticated. I love my comfortable queen size bed and the room is spacious all around. The property is filled with green and nature, an outdoor swimming pool, two large ponds with fountains, a giant size Labyrinth and 'into the woods' rails viz. Path of Renewal, Themindful Forest, The Inner Passage, Waters of Integrity, Field of Possibilities and Whispering Grove. These trails are wonderful hikes but be warn: Wear LOTS AND LOTS OF MOSQUITOES REPELLANT or you'll be eaten away) Don't let this discourage you (pure citronella oil is a great repellant). You could ride a bicycle through the trails too. Every evening, there are fire place outside of the restaurants. There are game rooms and SPA centers. Shuttles are provided from the hotels to the parking lots. Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. It's really a nice place for personal relaxation as well as Weddings/Corporate Retreat/Team Building/Annual Event including Dinner & Dance.
I have been to the Kingbridge Centre before and loved it and this trip was no exception! I attended a conference for 2 days with a 2 night stay. The atmosphere in the hotel and conference centre is so peaceful. My hotel room faced a wooded area and walking trails. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The pool and hot tub were nice to visit each evening after dinner- the pool was quite cold but the hot tub was lovely. Breakfast in the restaurant each day was delicious and there were so many choices! The conference facilities are very nice and it is very inspiring to have a view of trees in each of the conference rooms. The snack breaks are a nice treat, and everything is very fresh. Staff are very friendly. There is a shuttle service from the parking lot to the doors of the hotel. It is wise to take it if you have any mobility issues as the walk up the hill to the hotel can be very challenging if you have any physical limitations. I hope to be back in the future!
The accommodations were great and met the expectations of the group. The layout was quite accommodating to our internal business group and would recommend for larger group functions (which we were). A little remote feel was perfect for team building.
I stayed here for 5 days during training course.
Food was amazing. Great service. very clean. rooms are huge. lots to do. walking trails. indoor running track. games room . gym. pub like bar. would definitely reccomend
My company held an event at the Kingbridge Centre for two days during the Winter. I wasn't sure how this would go, but ended up being pleasantly surprised with the entire experience. The hotel is located in King City just off the 400 which made it fairly convenient to drive to. There was a shuttle to drive you from the parking lot to the property as well. The staff were all incredibly friendly.
The rooms were ready upon check in, which was nice as we could drop our luggage off and go. The breakfast was quite good, as was dinner. Lunch was alright but not as good as the other meals. There were a few different meal locations throughout the property, along with a pub which was nice for the end of the evening. The views from the hotel of the woods, water, and all snow covered at the time was a nice change from working downtown.
The room was large and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the washroom was large with a nice shower. There is also a gym on the property, which had I known about ahead of time I would have made use of, but unfortunately did not bring any clothes for it.
There was ample space in the conference room for the company events, along with food outside of the conference room. Everything was handled quite well, I would absolutely return for another event.
Lovely place. Lovely indoor pool for winter use. Checking in and out was a bit of a cluster. Lots of walking involved so bring walkers and wheelchairs as needed. We had a few ladies who found the distances nBetween rooms and conference rooms quite far and the layout confusing. Expensive.
My fourth conference here. The wifi is good, the food is great, rooms are clean, and staff are friendly and attentive. The location is good for networking or mingling with colleagues because there isn’t anything around to distract people with, such as shops bars or entertainment, like conferences held in the city. I like the fact that everything needed for a nice evening (bar, pool, pool table, gym, squash courts, fire pit, theatre...) is available after a day of meetings.
I've been here 3 times; for a company retreat, a company event/dinner (different company), and once for a yoga weekend retreat (personal). This place is exceptional! The grounds and dining ambience are lovely, the sleeping quarters, conference rooms and washrooms are very clean, the staff is friendly and eager to please, and the food is delicious.
My daughter was taking part in a girls conference & I was lucky enough to get to stay with her for the evening.
Rooms were spacious and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
I didn't eat there so I can't comment but my daughter enjoyed the food at her conference.
It was very hot and muggy plus I injured my back when I got there, otherwise I would have loved to walk the trails or labyrinth.
My only down side would be the hike to your car. It's quite an ordeal to get to the parking lot. They do offer a shuttle but it can get busy. There's no popping out to grab something from your car in any quick manner. Additionally, it is a pretty long walk from reception to some of the rooms. Our room was at the very end of the resort and it felt like a long walk ( I likely would have felt differently if my back wasn't hurting so much)
All in all not a huge deal, but if you've got mobility issues you might want to ensure you've got a closer room.
Hopefully I'll get to visit again someday.
Thanks for the hospitality!
This was my 2nd time here. I have to say the facility has so much to offer I would recommend this location for any type of meeting or quiet getaway. The location is easy to find with plenty of parking.
I spent 4 days and 3 nights at this conference centre. The room is wonderfully quiet - no hearing people in the hallway, rooms above or next door. Sleep quality was good. The room was spacious, but I did have some problems with my dust allergies - this happens usually with older carpeting/window dressing. The facility shows a bit of age, but does not detract from the setting. This facility is located in a wooded expanse and is a peaceful setting. Being winter, I was not able to partake in all the outdoor offerings, but there is a great gym, pools, and large indoor walking track. A theatre, pool room, lounge, and beautiful library. The dining options were excellent. Dinner were superior, ordered from a menu, often pre-selected from a menu due to the number of people at the conference centre. Breakfast and lunch are buffet-style but the food quality is good. There are many nooks for relaxing, plenty of bright windows and a feeling of being in the country. A great location for a relaxing conference.
I attended a Sustainability Conference at the Kingbridge and found it most pleasant. The facility is most definitely set up as a Conference centre and Business retreat vs renting a conference centre room at a hotel. I found the staff incredibly helpful with everything. While the parking lot was a bit away the shuttle service was excellent. Having the parking lot not visible from the Conference Centre was positive in that it set the stage and the mood for business discussions ie you aren't able to rush off by getting into your car. The gym facilities were top notch and the meeting rooms with the Theatre , auditorium and glbreajpit sessions were wonderful. The bar was cozy and dining room great. The food quite good. The wine list could be improved but a small issue compared to the great overall experience.
First time stay for a business conference
Very nice spacious rooms, great amenities and great meals. Only drawback was 2 of the 3 mornings the water shut off midshower. Returned after a few minutes however for the quality of the conference center one shouldn’t lose water.
Indoor outdoor pool, conference rooms with all equipment needed for meetings, pool table darts and a nice view from each part of the site.
Overall very nice stay feels like a resort with the professionalism of all stay that provides service.
One thing to keep in mind there’s no tipping it is staged in the room and on the menus that tipping is built in to the prices.
A yearly conference I attend booked Kingbridge for the 2017 meeting. The property is in a wooded area only about a mile from the 400 expressway. I was very impressed with the facility and the staff who on a scale of 1 to 10 , perfect 10. The meeting logistics went off perfectly. Most of meals were in the main restaurant, Connections. The food was excellent. I would love to come back just to take some cooking lessons. The hotel is also a tip free zone.
The guest room was very quiet, with a view into the woods maybe 50 feet away Comfy bed, clean well lit bathroom and excellent internet service. Some of the room have small balconies on the second and third floors.
There is plenty to do when there is free time. The grounds have a number of paved hiking trails, with several to some points of tranquility. They also have mountain bikes you can use on the trail system. Indoors there is a fully equipped exercise room, and a neat indoor enclosed walking jogging trail. If the weather had been better, the pool looked very inviting.
I decided to check out the bar, called Bridges. I like woodworking and was trying to figure what the bar was built of. I asked the bartender and she took me over to a picture on the wall. The bar was built from Teak from an old railroad bridge near Victoria Falls in Africa. The wood had been shipped over and local craftsmen built the bar. I had never seen such large old growth Teak. Impressive. Oh great micro brews too !
I can not wait until next year to enjoy another stay. Kingbridge should be the definition of 5 star places to stay.
Was there for a work retreat and was not sure what to expect. Rooms were huge and well appointed. Food was excellent. Service was top notch. Only real negative was that it's a bit out of the way if you are looking for after meeting dinner venues.
Overall was quite pleased
