AMAZING!!!
Pros:

This accommodation was amazing. There were seven of us and we were all able to stay in one room comfortably.

Pros:

清潔でいい匂いがした。広かった。テレビでYouTubeが見えて、子どもたちが喜んだ。
駅からもそこそこ近く、歩いていける距離。

Cons:

連泊の際、2日目のタオルは有料で、1人分300円(必ずバスタオル、フェイスタオル、歯ブラシセットの3点が入りバラ不可)かかることは先に伝えてほしかった。
上階の人の足音、大通り沿いのためサイレンの音がうるさかった。

Scam fake hotel
Cons:

SPY CAMERAS IN THE ROOM. The staff are rude and want to charge you extra for every little thing. Want a towel, 300. Move a chair, 5000, talk to loud, 2000, check in early, 3000. They have pages and pages of rules and tell you to click next without reading them all. Total money grab and not worth it. Do not stay here you have been warned. Beds are ultra hard and a concrete slab would be better. Pillows are terrible. Mould on the walls

残念
Pros:

親子3代で2泊お世話になりました。
部屋のソファからバネが飛び出ており座れず、クレームしました。

翌日、違うお部屋をご用意していただきました。

Cons:

出来れば、日ごろからお部屋の中のご確認をお願い致します。

2泊の家族旅行。みんな楽しみにしていたのでとても残念でした。

Reasonable facilities but money hungry policies
Pros:

Spacious . Good eating table . Good shower, washing machine and drying facilities.

Cons:

Could not leave luggage with front desk when we arrived 1.5 hours earlier than the 3pm checkin time. We had to pay 3000yen cash to have early checkin in order to manage the luggage. The room was already cleaned and ready for checkin at 1.30pm. I have never experienced inability to have free luggage storage prior to checkin time. Also had policies that stated if room furniture was moved or you left suitcases behind, you paid 5000 yen.

Comfortable and pleasant stay.
Pros:

Rooms very spacious for 4 adults. Apartment has washing machine but no dryer. Clothes have to hang dry in the bathe area using heater. Would be good if host provides more hangers.

Cons:

Apartment is 600m walk from Nagoya main station. About 8-10min walks. Is about 4-min walk near Taiko-dori station. Location near to the road and will be noisy.
