Very convenient location. Minutes from the heart of Condesa.
Excellent!
This hotel is located in Condesa, walking distance from myriad dining options: restaurants, cafes, bars, breweries, street food vendors, etc. Location is excellent!
The area feels safe. We walked around at all hours of the night. You’ll have to identify yourself before entering the hotel each time, buzzing in via the intercom system. Although there is nightlife, the neighborhood is quiet.
We arrived at 10 AM during the work week, an hour drive from the airport because of traffic. We left before 8am on a Sunday, less than 30 minutes back to airport.
The property and room were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms were cleaned daily. The wonderful staff are courteous and helpful.
I highly recommend. I would stay at Parral 14 Boutique Hotel again.
First time staying at Parral 14 boutique hotel. If you are looking for a budget-friendly, safe , clean and perfectly located place to stay , Parral 14 should be highly considered. This is NOT a Sheraton style hotel. It’s small and has all the basics but not much more. Staff are professional and polite. My only complaint would be that the front main entrance door should be open between normal business hours so guests don’t have to use the call box every time they want back in. Also , the first night I arrived , I couldn’t even get in because the call box was not lit and couldn’t find the button. Fortunately , a nice older man showed me how to “buzz” the box as he walked by. I stood out there for 20 mins in the dark trying to figure this out. Couples should try to get one of the interior bigger rooms. More space.
Service
Very nice property. Only thing is they need a better way to access the property. Like a code or something instead of guard unlocking all the time.
A really good hotel to stay
Super spacious. Will come back. It’s walking distance to cute restaurants.
It was great but we had to request an extra towel as it was 4 of us and we only got it one day. Other than that, it was great.
Loved our stay
A perfect place in the heart of condesa Lots of coffee shops around but that’s not needed as breakfast is provided here! Beautiful old house turned into hotel !
Lovely little hotel in Condesa on a quiet street. The staff are all super nice. The breakfast was a welcome treat every morning so we could get our day started fueled up. It would be nice if the instructions noted you must ring a doorbell to be let in. When we arrived we weren’t sure how to enter as it’s fortified. Also, they do charge if you drink the tiny coffee pod in room and for the water. We were there during rainy season so room was comfortable. There isn’t ac and there was a big fan for when it’s hot. I would definitely stay again. There are all sorts of shops, restaurants and coffee shops within a short walk
The property is great inside the gate, the staff are friendly. The room was adequate but it doesn't have AC. It's quiet and breakfast is included. Outside the gate, large cement blocks looked like garbage sitting on front of street. Martha was very nice and helpful.
Location was amazing and very walkable. Beautiful hotel!
I felt safe, and very welcomed. Employees are amazing, especially Marta, warm and professional.
Very clean and quiet
The room was nice, but there were definitely some issues with this place. First off, the staff does not speak English. Opted for a hotel instead so we could get info from local staff, that obviously didn't happen. Area around hotel is loud, the windows are not fully sealed at the bottom. The hot water was very sparse. Some days there was none, other days there was a little. For the price we paid, we expected a better experience. Another note, and this is for safety, I understand, but every time you want to re-enter the hotel, you have to press an intercom. They inevitably ask questions, in spanish, that we could not understand, so it was the same annoying back and forth multiple times a day.
Hot water did not work in our room for 3 days. We had to go to another room upstairs to shower. Often difficult to converse with staff, little or no English. Martha was great. She spoke English and kept us up to date with our water situation
Perfect for a visit to CDMX. Great restaurants and bars in the area. Kind and courteous staff. Comfortable and spacious rooms.
Overall this was a good place to stay at, I felt safe, comfortable and the location was very convenient. Some of the furniture and bathroom facilities were worn and the drains produce a smell (they are covered with a rubber flap to prevent this). The provided breakfast and snacks were great and the staff was very friendly allowing me to leave my luggage for an extra night while I went on a hike.
