Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room, you get a lot of furniture that's useful.

Cons:

The breakfast was very basic. The bed sheets were clean but not very comfortable to sleep on. The internet was not great (typical for all hotels in riyadh that i have been to)
