Pros:

Hôtel is listed as 3 stars. In reality it’s between 1-2 stars, but probably 3 stars Vietnamese style. Property is run down. Bugs in the rooms. Very poor breakfast- basically eggs and pho.
Options for accommodations are very limited in phon gna.

Pros:

They had a huge group having parties and music and singing every night I stayed there, they set the speakers up right in front of my room blaring until 10 pm each night , they said they would give me a refund for the inconvenience and then tried making excuses not to give me refund until I requested the owner. I made them print out a statement for refund that was signed to make sure I got my partial refund back.

Great stay
Pros:

Great Location, near many restaurants and close to tourist information and the river boat station. Lovely pool and staff were excellent. We had an early start and they prepared a lovely take away breakfast without us even asking. Would recommend.

Trip to Phong Nha
Pros:

A nice view hotel with lovely staffs.
Hoan My and Oro caves are best choices for you to explore in Phong Nha. Unbelievable experience in my journey. We took trekking in the forest with full of trees before explore Oro and Hoan My cave. We really express ed by its beauty.

ONE OF MY BEST TIME
Pros:

I took a trip alone to Quang Binh and it is absolutely a right choice to stay at Doan Gia. From facility, location to staff, everything is amazing. The hotel's room rate is little bit higher than others in the area but it is really value for money, especially when you buy a combo with room, tour to cave (which is exclusively run by Doan Gia) and glamping in the forest is definitely worth a try. Thank you An - the director and the best tour guide, Minh - the porter and the best cook and all staff at Doan Gia for a wonderful trip.

The best choice in Phong Nha- Quảng Bình
Pros:

This is my business trip and Đoàn Gia is the great choice.
Location is right on the main entrance to Phong Nha Cave.
The room is designed like a little Hội An, very clean and comfortable. The restaurant is very nice with local specialties. The swimming pool is clean and excellent for the hot days when I returned from Hoàn Mỹ Cave Trekking.
Staff here is helpful and friendly. Thanks and highly recommended.

Pros:

The service is terrible, even the manager’s attitude is not good. They will change your room without notice and NO apology. The room is too small and the price is too expensive for such a room. Not worth a penny. A bad experience. Never come back again.
