Pros:

We liked the front desk people. They were lovely ones.

Cons:

Bedroom was not well cleaned - floor had old dirt stuck on it, shelves full of dirt, table with rest of soft drinks/sugary stuff, lot of dirt under bed. Didn't have any kitchen utensils available (neither upon request on front desk). Smell of urine on building corridors. Front desk only works Mon to Sat, from 11am to 7pm: I got there at 7:15pm (even informing I was going to get later) and there wasn't anyone for check in. So I had to stay in another place! They do not reimburse: reserved and paid 11 days, stayed 5 and they said they won't return the extra paid amount.
