Good rooms but too automated, without battery your locked out
Pros:

Rooms are comfortable and beautiful, the location is good. Nice Portuguese bistro nearby and pizzaria.

Cons:

The doors are all controlled by the cellphone and the webpage is in German and its hard to find the button the change the language to English. Super unclear how to get a daily pass for the hotel parking, I tried to call the reception for help and no answer. One of the beds had dirty bedsheets. The breakfast could really improve, for the price is really basic and the coffee was really bad. The cafes nearby only open at 10am.

Es ist ein gutes Hotel, preislich für mich ein bisschen hoch angesetzt.
Pros:

Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern. Es sieht alles sehr stylisch aus. Und es war sehr ruhig. Betten waren sehr gut.

Cons:

Mir war es ein bisschen unpersönlich. Vom Personal hat man das Reinigungspersonal gesehen und einen Mitarbeiter der für das Frühstück zuständig war, welches wir aber nicht in Anspruch genommen haben.
Dadurch, dass die Dusche nicht zusätzlich eine Tür hat, lief das Wasser in das Badezimmer. Bei einer Übernachtung ist das kein Problem. Bei mehreren würde es mich dann doch stören.

Tiefgarage im Haus mit Fahrstuhl in die Etage.

Cons:

Völlig verdeckter Fußboden im Zimmer. Nicht gewischt, nicht gesaugt. Sehr hellhöriges Zimmer. Man hört TV und Gespräche im Nachbarzimmer. Toilette nicht gereinigt. Spuren vom Stuhlgang des Vormieters. Ekelhaft.

Privater Köln-Ausflug mit Übernachtung in einem sehr stylischen Hotel.
Pros:

Geräumiges, modernes und ruhiges Zimmer; die Lage des Hotels ist zentral mit guter Verkehrsanbindung; umfassende Informationen zum digitalen Ein- und Auschecken, es hat alles wunderbar und beeindruckend funktioniert.

Cons:

Anfänglich ist es ohne Personal etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, fiel aber im Verlauf des Aufenthaltes nicht mehr auf.

Großes angenehmes Zimmer. Check in hat voll digital aber sehr reibungslos funktioniert.
Late Check Out verfügbar & Buchung des Parkplatzes über das Hotel hat entspannt geklappt.

Cons:

Beleuchtung im Bad dürftig - blendet einen aber zumindest nachts nicht.
Frühstücksbuffet leider sehr sehr dürftig. Frühstücksraum ungemütlich, sehr hellhörig. Es gab keine Margarine, Wasser oder "normalen" Brötchen. Auch kein Ei (gekocht, Rühreier,...). Frühstück würden wir definitiv nicht empfehlen dazu zu buchen.

fantastisches Team , habe meinen vergessen iPad ohne ein Problem zugesendet bekommen.
Cons:

dass der Check-in etwas gewöhnungs bedürftig ist, bzgl Anmelden und dann auf Bestätigung warten, könnte man glaube ich besser machen, trotzdem herzlichen Dank und Grüße, kommen bestimmt wieder.

Top Zimmer mit guter Lage..wir kommen sehr bald wieder.
Pros:

Tolles Zimmer mit Balkon, alles sauber. Kaffeemaschine für den ersten Kaffee auf dem Zimmer.
Wir waren schon da, kommen wieder..danke.
Konnten um die Ecke parken. Park in der Nähe, viele Restaurants und Bäcker.
Sehr gemütliche Betten

Cons:

Es fehlten Zucker und Milch auf dem Zimmer, haben wir aber auf Anfrage sofort bekommen.. KEIN Grund für Punkteabzug!!! Danke.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Kölle sehr zu empfehlen! Bissi technisches Verständnis vorausgesetzt.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Elektronik/Technik hat gut funktioniert! Die Zimmer sind geräumig und schön, ein bisschen düster, aber sehr in Ordnung. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Cons:

Es war zu heiß im Zimmer und zu gewissen Zeiten rumpelte es ziemlich laut. Vermutlich von der Heizung. Das Raumthermostat zu spät gefunden…
