Pros:

El recibimiento del personal, la señora un amor nos atendió super bien, además nos contó parte de la historia del hotel, que rara vez el personal está informado del lugar de trabajo.
Lo más importante yo avisé que era celíaca, y pregunté si podía llevar mis alimentos porque siempre tengo precaución y también como es un hotel una zona rural tienen menos acceso a productos para dicha condición y yo soy de la idea de que siempre uno tiene que tener autocuidado con las alergias alimentarias y lo digo porque a hotel o país que viajo siempre llevo mis alimentos, pero para mí gran sorpresa y muy agradecida el administrador y la señora, tenían mi requerimiento pan sin gluten, jugo sin gluten y mucha precaución en la.preparacion del desayuno ella muy atenta me preparaba a mi aparte y eso lo agradezco enormemente porque pudimos tener una estadía sin ningún inconveniente.
El lugar está muy bien ocupado cumple con la tranquilidad que uno busca que es de ciudad.

Cons:

Cómo recomendación la piscina no debería ser pareja en la profundidad porque no tenía parte baja,como la mayoría de las piscinas son de lo más bajo a lo más hondo, lo digo si van niños o personas que no saben nadar.

Cons:

Tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente en la mañana. Tuve que salir a revisar el cálifon porque no encontré a nadie.

Ideal para una escapada al campo
Pros:

Las instalaciones están bien y se aprovecha de buena forma la antigua casona y sus patios interiores. La pieza es amplia, lo mismo que el baño. Piscina elevada, amplia y con linda vista. Está en plena plaza de Malloa con excelente conexión a pueblos y ciudades cercanas. El personal muy cercano, sin formalidades, te hacen sentir como en casa.
buena relación precio/calidad.

Cons:

El desayuno tiene lo básico, un poco de todo, pero es muy de supermercado, le falta sabor a campo, podrían incluir pan amasado, dulces y mermeladas de las zona, no es mayor costo y estaría a tono con lo que se espera en ese lugar. No había leche (olvidaron dejarla y no había a quién pedirla) y no ofrecen huevos ni fruta, por ejemplo.
La iluminación de la habitación (lámparas y de techo) es poca.

Increíble todo, un lugar precioso, lamentablemente solo estuvimos una noche pero sin duda será un parada para siempre en cualquiera de nuestros viajes al sur, ya sea por el restaurant con la comida exquisita y precios únicos, o para descansar, volveremos sin duda.

Great location fix the place up and interact more and this would be even more pleasureable
Pros:

Excellent location on the main square in this small village- fabulous for escaping the tourist crowd and having a French owner the food is excellent. A probably 100 yr old house with large garden and very quiet.

Cons:

This place would be a gem which it deserves to be if staff would connect better with the guests- in such a remote place the whole team should interact with guests and make them feel at home; also some parts of the property were under renovation but no need to leave cement bags outside the guestroom- breakfast was a do it yourself affair. Basic but ok but I think the property needs a receptionist host and a fun person behind the bar to boost sales and connect with guests, older staff and owner do it more as a hobby than to make money but this place deserves to be busier than it is.,
