Excellent price and a wonderful view
Pros:

The hotel has a wonderful view and the room is very spacious. overall it offers excellent value for the price.

Cons:

I didn’t like the location, and they also need more staff for room service.

Our holiday was perfect there! And Especially Ricorto & Nadjia & Tony at breakfast! They were extremely friendly

الفندق نظيف جدا ،اطلالته مميزة على البحيرة ، الموظفين جدا متعاونين .. مواقف السيارات متوفرة ومجانية ... مشكلته بعيد شوي في وسط الجبل .. لازم يكون معك سيارة لان مافيه شي قريب منه ولكنه مميز للهدوء والاسترخاء

Terrible ! Two single woman being intimidated . So wrong have a police report
Pros:

This hotel was Terrible . We paid in full prior to arrival and the hotel smelled bad . We wanted to leave and the owner took our bags and wouldn’t let us leave (see the video of the owner going crazy on us) . He ripped luggage out of my 76 year old mother’s hand and scared her. The owner , also says he will taxi . He’s doing so illegally he doesn’t have a license to do so. He responds to my review by saying we were trying to leave without paying. I included a pic of my confirmation in the email. We paid in full prior to arrival that’s a lie. Read the other review from someone who also says they don’t have integrity. That’s correct they don’t . we have a police report as well. We included in the picture as the owner was aggressive and inappropriate. My mom and I traveling without a man and he took advantage of this with toxic masculinity and intimidation factors to woman. I couldn’t believe anyone would do this to us .

تجربة استثنائية جداً ، النظافة والمنظر من الغرف ، المطعم اللي بالاوتيل تعشيت فيه وكان لذيذ ، الموظفين ، كل شي اكثر من رائع و لي رجعة له ان شاءالله

المواصلات شوي صعبة في أنك تحصل تاكسي ، وأوبر والتطبيقات ماتجي المنطقة ، بس مع مساعدة الموظفين بالاوتيل عادي تمشي الامور ، في الرجعة للأوتيل سهلة ، الصعوبة بس في الطلعة من الاوتيل لكومو

Truly the Best!
Pros:

This was the first time we’ve ever stayed in a “boutique “ hotel and let me say we hit the jackpot picking Hotel Lago. Truly a memorable stay with everything absolutely perfect. The entire hotel is immaculate and the rooms offer breathtaking views of the lake. The hotel is decorated beautifully and everything is up to date. The owner and his entire staff treated us like family. The free breakfast they offer is so good and dinner overlooking the lake was delicious and perfect. We picked Hotel Lago on Trip Advisor through past reviews and were so glad we did. Definitely stay here if you’re planning a trip to Lake Como. You will not be disappointed.
