Good hotel
Pros:

It's far from como. In July the buses are very crowded and connectivity is minimal. The hotel is clean and the staff is super helpful and breakfast is great

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Property is great and all rooms are comfortable and have wonderful views of the lake the restaurant infront of it is amazing and highly recommended.

Cons:

its far from the Dock area if you wanna go to the Lake a 10-15 min walk. Also The area is not very active with restaurants. And shops so you'll have to spend your day away in other towns in Como which is not convenient.

Fantastic - Must visit
Pros:

This Hotel was amazing. The owner, the staff, the rooms, views, service, food. Fantastic. The staff were so helpful and the owner (who is always around) was so friendly. Would 100% recommend. For me the best view from a hotel in the whole of Lake Como.

Excellent hotel and amazing staff.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff was kind, pleasant, and always available for any question or request. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized, with an amazing view of the lake that made the experience even better. Breakfast was good, fresh, and varied, and the atmosphere at the hotel was calm and pleasant. Definitely a place we would be happy to return to and recommend to others.
