Excellent hotel and amazing staff.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff was kind, pleasant, and always available for any question or request. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized, with an amazing view of the lake that made the experience even better. Breakfast was good, fresh, and varied, and the atmosphere at the hotel was calm and pleasant. Definitely a place we would be happy to return to and recommend to others.

Perfect location. Close to all the fancy restaurants and hotels. Perfect view for all the rooms.

Lovely! Would really recommend!
Pros:

Wonderful small hotel with lovely location overlooking the lake. Staff was incredible and very responsive and accommodated us with our 8 month baby on a very high level. Great location just 15 minutes to Como.

Ask for a room with a panoramic view of the lake- its amazing. Very modern smart boutique hotel.
Pros:

The location is amazing - a panoramic view over lake Como from both the balcony and the bed.
The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you.

Cons:

The food is good but is bought in and assembled rather than created by a chef - we ate better in restaurants in the region - indeed in the hotel opposite the food is truly excellent - well worth a visit - although the hotel opposite is a bit run down.

Excellent location, million dollar views, helpful, friendly staff, well-thought out rooms
Pros:

Everything was exceptionally great except for internet quality. People, service, location, views and room were excellent.

Cons:

Internet quality wasn't great - it was easy to connect to the wifi (signal was OK, but limited internet connectivity) but the internet connection quality was quite poor. We often had disconnect and reconnect.
