Relaxation and adventure
Pros:

The property was perfect, all the plants and hammocks and the access to the lagoon is perfect. I also liked that the kayaks and paddle boards are included.

L’emplacement est top et les kayaks à disposition sont top ! Le personnel est plutôt sympa

Cons:

Les marches pour descendre au lagon sont très glissantes, c’est très dangereux. Le petit déjeuner est sympa mais on n’a pas eu de beurre pour les tartines le 2ème jour, la chambre est vieillissante, les équipements vieillots, la pression de la douche est très faible… bref tout pourrait passer si le prix n’était pas si élevé.

Pros:

Les chambres sont au top
L’hôtel est très bien et de pouvoir prendre les kayak est un gros plus.

Cons:

L’hôtel est un peu loin du centre la voiture est donc nécessaire
Le personnel dans l’hôtel n’est pas d’un grand dynamisme si on peut dire. À l’accueil pas de problème par contre

- L’emplacement est top avec l’accès direct à la lagune.
- Nous avons pu emprunter paddle et kayak toute une matinée.
- la chambre était bien décorée

Cons:

- la chambre était petite pour 2 + 2 valises
- Le bruit de la route était un peu bruyant dans notre bungalow. Certainement l’emplacement qui était plus proche de la route. Mais avec des bouchons d’oreille, pas de problème.

Très sympa et bien placé.
Pros:

L'emplacement est incroyable, le ponton donnant directement sur la lagune de Bacalar.
Chambres assez spacieuses et bien équipées.
Personnel agréable et serviable.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner inclus très léger, beaucoup de suppléments.
Bar fermé le 31/12 au soir, et toute la journée du 1er Janvier !

La laguna,, estaba hermosa y tenían chalecos salvavidas

Cons:

Las cortinas de la recámara estaban bien sucias y rotas,el desayuno era un café pan tostado y papaya,, todo lo demás lo cobraban, no es cierto que incluye el desayuno porque lo cobran,el shower no tiene agua caliente, no había de cenar el día que llegamos,, el aire acondicionado no enfría bien, la recámara olía a pipi, y después de las 7 no venden bebidas ni nada, cobran como si fueran un hotel de lujo y no lo vale

Pros:

Emplacement magnifique à 3 km du centre ville mais sur la lagune aux couleurs resplendissantes.
Hotel très cosy à taille humaine avec villas.
Mise à disposition des paddles et Kayaks pour profiter de la lagune. Ponton avec chaises longues , balançoire et hamac flottant.
Espace plus restreint qu'il semblait sur les photos de booking mais super moment et personnel charmant.

El hotel es muy bonito pero no lo elegiría para otras vacaciones

La ubicación es privilegiada, realmente es un lugar perfecto para descansar,el concepto es muy hermoso, el personal es súper amable.

Cons:

Primero tuve que pagar 2 reservaciones, el hotel ni siquiera se quiso molestar en revisar en su sistema si la primera se había registrado, Booking.com ni hablar, no resuelve nada, hubo un día que llovió muy fuerte y la cabaña tenía mil goteras, todo se mojo adentro, nos cambian a otra cabaña y al día siguiente llueve y lo mismo, había una gotera, ya ni pedí cambio por que supongo que en todas es lo mismo, afortunadamente ahí solo era una, mis cosas estaban a salvo, cuando llegué no tenían nada del menú en el restaurante, el bar cierra demasiado temprano.
