After walking the coastal path it was like an oasis at the end of the day
Pros:

The room was bright and airy, nice large TV with a great picture. The breakfast options were great, loved the hot waffles.

Bed was very uncomfortable , view was not we were expecting. Window in bedroom was filthy. Tv Chanel’s poor.

Cons:

No car park
No restaurant in hotel
Could not get an answer on the phone. It cut off 3 times as I couldn't find the hotel
Couple times no one in sight .. and waiting at reception or bar

Pros:

Loved the lift down to the harbour side. Staff friendly, very clean. Breakfast was tasty and hot. Air conditioning in the room was perfect.

Cons:

The tea and coffee making facilities in the room were mediocre at best. For a hotel with the Hilton name, it was cheap and not pleasant. The bed was hard and uncomfortable with flat pillows and thin worn out duvet. I think the mattress was directly onto MDF boards which has resulted in myself and my partner both nursing bad back pain. Previous Hilton stays have been far more comfortable (Cardiff) so I was surprised.

Clean and comfortable
Kitchen staff were very nice and some of the reception

Cons:

1- English breakfast was greasy and too oily especially bacon and sausages. Also sausages seemed to be low quality. Ash brown to dry
Not impressed with choice of continental breakfast
Be good to have an option to have omelette and fried eggs

2- reception staff( craig I believe) was not really helpful not explaining where my room was just giving number and not explaining about you had to used your room pass for the elevator and generally not very informative.

3- cleaning service did not replace towels with fresh o ne nd felt like they just empty my bin really.
4- could not find the non disturb sign for the morning as I was working

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist wunderbar. Man kommt mit einem Lift direkt zum Hafen und ist in 2 Minuten dort. Man kann sehr schöne Ausflüge von dort unternehmen (z.B. Cockington und Torre Abbey)

Cons:

Das Frühstück hätte ein bisschen mehr Vielfalt bieten können.
