Nice time there
Pros:

Staff was nice & friendly & room was good size & clean.

Cons:

Only real downside was I couldn't work out how to work the ac in the room & it was very warm

Good stay overall. Breakfast was good and staff was very pleasant and helpful.
Cons:

Very disappointed by the welcome. No information on the organisation : times of breakfast, moreover, we were 3 different families and we were refused to pay separately the cost of the room which posed problems for the person who paid the whole cost of the accommodation.

Lovely anniversary in torquay
Pros:

The breakfast was great as always and Kate was there to see everything ran smoothly . Our room was very nice but not the one we were hoping for ,but the decoration was very nice as it was our anniversary.

Fourth visit and a brilliant stay as always.
Pros:

Great location staff are brilliant so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely so much choice and a good gluten free selection. Bed was super comfy slept so well. The paninnis were great.

Cons:

It was a shame there was no food 12 till 9 as advertised just the 24/7 menu. Not sure why that was.
