Nice hotel but would probably not stay there again.
Pros:

Nice hotel but would probably not stay there again. The hotel is nice, the bar is ok, breakfast was fine apart from no water as there had been a leak and location is perfect, they just need to sort out the most important thing beds and pillows.

Cons:

The most important thing for me at any hotel is sleep, and if they can get that part right, then nothing else matters. Quite simply here there is no choice of firm pillows, who in the world sleeps at home on a supersoft fluffy pillow that goes to about 20cm in thickness when you put your head on it. It's so frustrating and it is something that the "purple looking hotel chain" got right as they and most other hotels give you a choice. Even the staff agreed with us so clearly other people have complained as well.
I also hat foam mattresses, especially when they are too soft as well, someone at the Hilton should try sleeping in these after 200 other people have slept it in and see what they think. So as with my other reviews if they cant get sleep right by now, then I am never going back. and the score of 1.0 is based purely on sleep not on the building or amenities which are obviously fine.

Pros:

I had a great stay! The receptionist Iryna was wonderful—very attentive and helpful. She answered all my questions and gave me excellent recommendations on what to visit in the city. Highly recommend!

Being a disabled customer i found this hotel great in every way. There is a lift down to the harbour which saved .myself and my family worry regarding the hill down being very steep. There was plenty of space in the room to be able to store my mobility scooter which saved a lot of hassle. The bed was comfortable and had a great sleep. Breakfast was lovely. Plenty of choice hot and cold. Amazing value for money. We will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The council parking was good value but the lift to get down to the hotel wasn't working so had to take scooter out and go round down a steep hill to get to the hotel. I understand this isn't the concern of the hotel but I was advised to put a honest review regarding this. Hopefully it'll be sorted by the time we return in the easter holidays.
