Way too Many stairs......Staff great and very helpful. lovely unit but please replace the carpet as even though it's cleaned every day, it still looks dirty.....
Location is convenient to the train station. No reception but management is communicative and helpful. Suite was large and well decorated/equipped. As is sometimes the case, bathroom ventilation wasn’t great so bathroom smelled a little mildewy. Aside from that, room was clean and comfy. Recommend!
Fab stay and wonderful room. Second time of staying here when coming to Nottingham. X
Outstanding! I will most certainly be staying again when I’m working in Nottingham, I’d actually go as far as saying it the best hotel room I have stayed in for years. I like the code entry, no person waiting around for you. The self catering mini apartment is fit for all needs, was lovely cooling for myself and sitting on the sofa watching streaming services on the smart tv, made it a much more comfy stay than if I’dv been couped in my hotel room elsewhere as I was there 2 nights. Really pleased overall. No negatives at all.
Fabulous place , Jeff the host was so accommodating. A real hidden gem in the heart of the city. We stayed in the Linen suite and it felt like our own little 5* apartment. You also get 20% off all food and drink at the adjoining bar which was a bonus.
The property was lovely, and nicely tucked away near the city centre and overlooking the tramway. The problem with this, though no fault of the owner, was that when an alarm sounded in a building some 100 yards away, it kept us up all night, even with all windows shut. However, the restaurant next door was lovely and ideally placed. The room itself was very clean and had a relaxed feel to it.
We stay in Nottingham a lot and have stayed in all different sorts of places and this was by far the best, very spacious, really good fixtures and fittings, air con unit was a bonus and heated or cooled the room down very fast, the comfiest bed Iv ever slept on. I read some reviews about noise and the smell of smoke, we were on the middle floor and heard no noise at all and the smoke! No idea how you can smell smoke, as the windows don’t open!!! I would 100% recommend staying here and we definitely will be back.
Very nice under roof room in a perfect location
We booked Heritage Mews for a night out in Nottingham, upon arrival the room was great, lovely size with great facilities, but soon found from other residents arriving, the noise of the main door and their doors banging, as we stayed in Bobbin Suite, which was the first room from the main entrance so the door rattled at every opportunity which was not ideal when some guests were coming in well after 5am, maybe the door needs some tlc, great location for being in the middle of town and big multi storey car park just a few mins walk away
My room was huge and very comfy. I do think it needs cleaning a little. Lots of cobwebs in the rafters and the ottoman and stools need cleaning as lots of stains.
That being said i would stay again
Lovely presented mini apartment in a convenient location. Unfortunately, only public parking available
The room was really nice and quite. The extra space compared to an hotel room makes the stay much better
Great location and beautiful decor
Lovely central location and much better than a hotel due to having a lounge kitchen and balcony
Upon arrival had issues with checking in, but very helpful staff assisted and was dealt with swiftly. The room was stunning, very cosy and welcoming, beautiful bathroom, very comfortable bed. Will certainly be returning
Brilliant, will be returning again.
Absolutely lovely stay in this very comfortable and clean apartment. It was small but just the perfect size for me and much much better than a hotel room.
The location is perfect too. So close to bars and restaurants that are literally on the doorstep.
I will definitely look to stay here again if I’m staying in Nottingham
Lovely apartment, good size, well equipped and beautifully furnished. Really quiet, yet still in the centre of town. £250 holding deposit required, which is fair enough, but it tied my finances up a bit. Tea towel needs to be provided for the kitchen though!
Amazing and beautifully finished apartment. Very comfortable with everything you need for a short or long stay I had a couple of minor issues which were dealt with very efficiently by the property manager Jeff. Highly recommend!
The location is easy to find, the rooms are gated, but the gate isn’t locked. When I checked in, I was given a code to open the door. Once inside, the room looked nice and cozy, however most of the furnitures were full of stains and the rook had a bad smell. Unfortunately it was not cleaned properly: I found crumbs and plastic around.
I wanted to put my bottle of water in the fridge, to only find out that it was not working and it was full of water at the bottom. They have this white table that controls everything in the room, which is really nice if it worked properly. I tried to change the temperature in the room but it was still cold. When I picked it up to use it the device switched off and I noticed it was broken on the top.
It has a lot of windows, which is good for lighting, however I couldn’t close one of the blinds because I couldn’t reach it. Its placed on top of the staircase. Curtains would be better.
I took pictures of how I found the place when checking in and also when I left because they take £250 deposit if you break something. Well things were already broken or ruined.
I have to say the location is really good, walking distance to city centre and really quite at night, but I am not sure if I will stay there again.
