Perfect stay in the heart of Coyoacan!
Pros:

The location is amazing in the heart of Coyoacan. Steps away from many restaurants and Jardin Centenário, but located in a very quiet street.
The room is perfect, big, luminous, well decorated, amazing views, big bathroom with window and garden views. We stayed on the second floor. Very comfortable bed. The staff is amazing.
We had a delicious breakfast in the patio on the ground floor (to pay extra), with fresh fruits, juice, coffee, bread, eggs.

Casa Tuna is appealing, comfortable and convenient, and the staff is beyond compare.
Pros:

Casa Tuna is a charming old building on a quiet street in the heart of Coyoacán. The rooms are spacious, well-lit and comfortable. The courtyard and terrace only add to its appeal. Everyone on the staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. When I mistakenly reserved the wrong dates they were quick to correct the error and make sure I was not charged. Lastly, I would especially like to voice my appreciation for Aurelio, who helped us immensely during our three night stay, including bringing coffee at 4:45 am and making sure I didn't miss my early morning flight.

Cons:

The only criticism would be that the walls between the rooms are a little on the thin side when it comes to noise.

A wonderful property with amazing staff
Pros:

The location was exceptional as were all the staff. Really friendly and helpful people. Rooms were clean, the building itself was immaculate and a quiet oasis in the middle of a busy town. Breakfast was excellent

Cons:

A bar area would have been nice as would a pool but didnt take anything away from the stay

L'emplacement en plein coeur du quartier de Coyoacan est exceptionnel. Le personnel est vraiment au top, à l'écoute et très réactif.

Cons:

Seul petit bémol, l'isolation phonique de la casa n'est vraiment pas optimale. Soyez vraiment respectueux des autres guests lorsque vous êtes dans les parties communes, on entend absolument tout depuis les chambres et cela peut être très désagréable..

un posto bellissimo, nel cuore di Coyoacán. Bello il patio interno, la terrazza. La camera molto spaziosa e il bagno pulito e amplio. Tutto perfetto. Unica nota negativa: il wifi non funzionava bene in stanza.

Die Lage war gut, in der Nähe von allem aber ruhig. Die Mitarbeiter, die für die Sicherheit eingeteilt waren, waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Rezeptionsteam war nicht proaktiv. Wir wollten unser Gepäck ein paar Tage im Hotel abstellen und fragten, ob es möglich wäre. Uns würde ein falscher Preis genannt, der wirklich prohibitiv war. Der Preis war falsch, wie wir später erfuhren, es kam aber keiner zu uns und stellte das richtig. Ist schade, dass solch ein Fehler so einen bitteren Beigeschmack generiert.
