Buffet com pouca variedade e qualidade
Hotel war nicht sehr groß, genau das richtige für einen City-Trip. Pool und Strand vorhanden, aber aufgrund des Wetters, Dauerregen, nicht benutzt, daher kann ich dazu wenig sagen. Pool-Bar gut, Zimmer sauber und ausreichend groß,
Nur 1 Zahnputzbecher im Bad für 3 Personen; Frühstück überschaubar, hätte mehr Auswahl beim Brot gewünscht. Fast keine vegetarischen Gerichte beim Abendesse, wurden aber auf Anfrage vom Koch extra zubereitet, längere Wartezeit dadurch beim Essen.
Kein Gym, wäre bei diesem Wetter sicher gut nutzbar.
It is rather new and very clean. The food was VERY good though not plenty. They have activities that are well made.
It is not a real all inclusive: only certain drinks are included and no food between the main meals. You need a car to stay there - it is far from any other place. The beach is very simple if you compare to others in Sicily.
The hotel is beautiful inside and outside. The rooms are lovely and modern but there is NOTHING close by, not even a supermarket or cafe. The train station is a 30 minue walk along a road with no pathway...
You NEED A CAR to stay here unless you just want to sunbathe, eat and drink!!

Bello, piscina e struttura albergo.
Non avevano kit igiene personale, infatti ho chiesto e menomale ha portato.. la ciabatta per camera essendo un 4 stella mi immaginavo di trovare anche in camera.. nulla.. ho chiesto e non avevano.. il mangiare senza sapore, abbiamo scelto all inclusive.. ma è stato una delusione.. sia per pranzo che per cena… un po meglio la colazione.. ma molto molto da migliorare… e per fine abbiamo assistito ad uno degli staff al telefono a urlare magari con la moglie o parente via telefono una cena orrenda… tra parolacce e tanto altro.. ah e uno degli staff mentre stavo rilassando ha chiesto pure in prezzo del soggiorno di quanto avevamo speso.. poca professionalità.. ci vuole un po di serietà nel lavoro.. penso che tutto sommato darei un 6,5.. perché veramente è stato un po’ deludente..
The hotel is lovely great food and amazing staff who can not do enough for you. The location is remote. It’s a 10 euro taxi to anywhere which isn’t a problem if you are aware, but we were not and not even a shop so was a little odd. However if you want to just site in the sun and go nowhere and not spend any money this is perfect.
Like I said food is great and staff were perfect animation team were lovely with my son who is very shy

Comfortable beds
A monotonous breakfast, no fresh orange juice. I didn't feel like I was in Sicily. The price didn't match the quality. It's a shame, because the place is beautiful but underutilized. The beach was dirty. The drinks were of poor quality. The carpets in the lobby and lounge area were dirty.

The beds were very comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean. The general manager was very helpful and checked in with us a few times to make sure we were comfortable.
The resort is remote and taxis expensive. A car is essential if you want to travel outside the resort.
Pros: Modern and clean hotel and couldn’t fault that side of it. Restaurant and bar staff were lovely and attentive especially with helping us with items for our baby. Helpful staff when needed. Pool is nice (but can be quite cold) - beach is very pebbly but can’t complain as that’s just due to location but was still nice to dip into the sea.
Cons: The food was disappointing - some options ran out quickly and just were not as advertised on their socials and website. Limited meal times (7:30-9:30 for breakfast, 12:30-2 for lunch and 7:30-9 for dinner and extremely rigid which isn’t great for young families but understand this would be fine otherwise) so was always a rush to get through everything. For an all inclusive the “snacks” were leftover croissants and one other odd item so don’t think - certainly not in keeping with a 4* hotel or experience. Drinks are limited and bottom shelf items - unbranded beer, wines and soft drinks but a few ok options.
Charge 5 EUR to pool towels - even to change over to replace them for fresh ones.
Major complaint is the deserts put out had contained alcohol but were not labelled. Kids had helped themselves to it and there were no other alternatives. We realised and complained of which we were initially told it was watered down so would be fine, which was a strange reaction. After complaining to management, we received an apology and were told they would ensure it would be labelled going forward but that we should ask going forward in the restaurant to be sure (again a little odd as these deserts were the only options). Same thing happened the next night and still no labels.
Overall it’s a modern and clean hotel with lovely staff for the most part but the F&B was disappointing - it’s not a 4 star hotel.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful for any request.
The quality of food was awful. There were six dishes offered for every lunch and dinner, but every single one contained frozen, low quality products. There was always a basic pasta dish available without frozen ingredients but we were so disappointed and ended up eating off resort most nights. Even the fresh caprese salad has low quality, plastic type mozzarella. We expected at least fresh fish given that we were next to the sea but it was not to be.
C'était fabuleux . Nous avons été très bien accueillis et chouchoutés tout le séjour. Hôtel magnifique et très propre. Restauration très bonne. Encore des animations même au mois d'octobre. Vue magnifique.
Quelques suggestions : prévoir plus de patères pour les serviettes dans la salle de bain ( voir un sèche serviette) et un peu plus de diversité pour les fruits pour tous les repas.
