My husband and I spent a wonderful holiday at this hotel in sunny Sicily, and it exceeded all our expectations! It was the perfect combination of comfort, excellent service, delicious food, and authentic Italian charm.
The food deserves special praise! Everything was incredibly delicious, varied, and prepared with love. We would especially like to thank the pastry chef for his outstanding desserts. They were true works of art and, without exaggeration, some of the most delicious desserts we have ever tasted!
We stayed on an All-Inclusive package, which allowed us to enjoy our holiday, a variety of drinks, and wonderful moments from morning until evening. We would also like to highlight the multilingual staff. The team speaks English, Italian, and French, making communication easy and comfortable for guests from different countries.
The hotel boasts spacious, beautifully maintained, and incredibly green grounds, thoughtfully divided into cosy relaxation areas. There is a perfect spot for everyone to unwind and enjoy their holiday.
One of the hotel's greatest advantages is its beachfront location. Watching the sun rise over the sea and admiring the beautiful sunsets were truly special experiences that will remain in our memories for a long time. The sea, stunning scenery, and peaceful atmosphere make this place feel like a little piece of paradise!

Their energy, positivity, and genuine enthusiasm for making guests happy ensured that every day was filled with fun activities and enjoyable experiences. Pros:

The room was overall clean and the cleaning took place every day.

Cons:

The bed was overall good. While I understand that for the warm weather no real blanket was needed, I think just the duvet cover and linen combo was a bit too tedious. The pillow was a bit uncomfortable and had to switch that one out the first day. Luckily there was a spare pillow.

Spitze!
Pros:

Schönes Hotel, direkt am Strand. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Schöne Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung und großem Badezimmer. Das Hotel verfügt über einen abgeschlossenen, hoteleigenen Parkplatz. Das Personal ist freundlich und gut gelaunt. Das Essen ist lecker und abwechslungsreich. Aus der Hotelküche kommen selbstgebackene Kekse und Kuchen. Da sollte für jeden Geschmack was dabei sein.

Cons:

Das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Einziges Manko für mich war der Getränkeautomat mit Pappbechern in den Abendsstunden. Das ist bei Tag mit Betrieb am Strand und Pool eine gute und praktische Angelegenheit, aber abends bei den Programmpunkten der Animation, würde ich auch die alkoholfreien Getränke gerne an der Bar in einem Glas bekommen und nicht dafür an den Automat gehen müssen.

Pros:

Isteni reggeli, hideg/meleg, sok gyümölcs, zöldség és többféle péksütemény.
Az ebéd és vacsora is változatos, este csodálatosan finom édességekkel.
A kávé szuper, és a fagyi is nagyon finom.
A strandon ernyő és ágyak állnak rendelkezésre, a víz tiszta és kellemesen meleg.

Cons:

A strandon öltöző kabin nagyon jó lenne, és egy gym futópaddal, biciklikkel.

Für 2-3 Tage eine gute Wahl, für einen längeren Aufenthalt weniger....
Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich, vor allem das "Zimmer-Mädchen" und das Servicepersonal.
Das Hotel war ruhig gelegen und überschaubar, nicht zu gross.
Essen war in Ordnung, aber nicht überragend. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis war in Ordnung (pro Person knapp 150/Nacht).

Cons:

Wir haben einen Balkon gebucht und einen französischen "Balkon" erhalten. Also ein Fenster, welches bis zum Boden geht und dann dahinter gleich das Geländer kommt. Man konnte keinen halben Fuss auf den "Balkon" setzen, was für mich den Namen nicht verdient. Reklamation hat leider nichts gebracht....

Das viele Einweg-Geschirr, vor allem bei den Bechern, könnte man anders lösen.

Wir hatten All-Inclusive. Was wir nicht wussten war, dass es nur bis 23.00 Uhr Getränke inklusive gab. Als wir um 23.02 nochmals eine Runde holen wollten, wurde es uns erklärt, gab aber keinen "letzten" Drink an diesem Tag, zumindest nicht inklusive....
