Todo bien
The floor in our room has chipped and had repaired and unrepaired holes throughout. The vanish on the front building stones was so strong smelling it was hard to take. The walls are paper thin, we could here everything outside and the pool water was sadly too cloudy to want to get into.
The decorations were beautiful. The room & property were clean. The man at the front desk check in was nice.

Great property, most of the staff were super kind and helpful and the breakfasts were amazing! The only thing that bothered me were the guests at 7am in the pool screaming and wilding out and then again until 10:30pm when we were told that noisy times were between 9am -9pm. My husband is Mexican, I speak Spanish very well and the ladies at breakfast weren’t nice to me and making remarks thinking I didn’t understand the first morning so I sent my husband for the next days. Overall it’s a great space, great location and we had a private space with a jacuzzi that made the experience even better.
The check in was easy and the hotel staff were very attentive. Awesome location!

Le hace falta mucho mantenimiento. Está descuidado, hacen mucho ruido desde muy temprano, las fotos que aparecen aquí están engañosas no es tan bonito como hacen creer. Si lo utilizas para llegar a dormir y bañarte cumple con el objetivo.
The pool with the hammocks was fantastic. The design of the hotel was very modern and attractive, and the balconies were a nice touch.
Staff were super friendly, especially Leo. He was super friendly, funny, and just overall amazing! Would stay here again =)
