I am stay in room 307. Cleanliness i found a bug on the bed, hair under bedsheet n a very big blood stain on bedsheet n duvet cover, No TV n AC remote control, bedside light No buld. Entrance door handle was broken. Bathroom the bidet holder was broken n shower head was broken too. I pay for almost RM150 i get the room like???

Don't stay. Ever.

Nothing.

Cons:

Room was in horrible condition and filthiness worse than labor camps with bed bugs and cockraches. Staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful when asked about it and ignore our question.

Pros:

in booking.com website, the photos shows like in room in good shape and clean. But actually it not.

Cons:

no tv working, floor laid with cheap rubber grass carpet, water seepage inside room wall, noise from corridor and next room can hear inside room.

First impressions is like go into a haunted room
Pros:

Bed is ok, bathroom is clean

Cons:

Wall paint was dirty, wall paper was broken, door looks fragile, room got ants, light was insufficient , but when i check on the room next to me, it was very clean and tidy
