A experiência com o Hotel foi boa, mas tem coisas a melhorar. O atendimento é excelente, cheguei três horas antes do horário do check-in, mas ainda assim fui atendido e realocado para um quarto que estava pronto. O quarto é bom, tem ar-condicionado, tv, e frigobar, mas as paredes estavam um pouco sujas e a roupa de cama com algumas manchas, mas limpas. O banheiro não tem chuveiro elétrico, a água é de aquecedor solar, e por isso demorar sair água quente, de manhã tomei banho frio pois não saia quente mesmo eu tendo esperado. A torneira da pia estava frouxa, o que atrapalhou bastante o uso. O café da manhã é razoável, não tem muita variedade, mas ainda é bom. No Geral, o Hotel é razoavelmente bom, mas precisa melhorar em alguns pontos. Quanto ao atendimento não tenho nada a reclamar. Tanto o rapaz quanto a moça que ficam na recepção são extremamente simpáticos, atendem muito bem e são extremamente educados. Aquele acolhimento e simpatia que só o mineiro tem.

Quarto sujo, paredes sujas e mofadas, banheiro sujo, os azulejos encardidos, cama dura, travesseiros e roupas de cama cheirava mau. Móveis enferrujados, Café da manhã ruim, talheres sujos, garrafas pegajosas, suco de frutas com mais água do que fruta, café parecia chá. Dormimos somente 1 noite que foi muito mau dormida. Não recomendo.
