Дуже крутий, привітний усміхнений персонал,розташування прям в центрі, до всіх визначних місць рукою подати, смачнющі сніданки, чистий гарний номер з усіма зручностями. Все на 11/10. Якщо буду в Одесі то зупинятимусь тільки тут, ще і знайомим буду радити!

Душ та наявні гігієнічні засоби. Кава в ресторані готелю

Cons:

Дизайн кімнат темний, не вистачає в номері нормальної шафи, чайника та кондиціонера. Персонал в ресторані не дуже приємний в тому плані, що вони дуже хіпстерські і ти не відчуваєш себе клієнтом в комфортній обстановці, а навпаки - наче з тобою щось не так. Нас також ледь не вигнали з ресторану, бо ми взяли їжу з іншого кафе перед дорогою покормити дитину. Думаю, тут провина саме власників, а не персоналу. Не дуже привітна внутрішня культура

Класна локація, сервісна команда, смачні сніданки, стильний інтерʼєр.
Pros:

Класна локація, сучасний готель. Дуже сподобалась команда на ресепшн, допомогли з кульками і тортом для чоловіка 🫶🏼, а також паркувальник!

Cons:

Немає ліжка дитячого, але для нас було не принципово, адже малюк спить з нами поки)
