загалом, відчуття від проживання залишились ну рівні середнього. якщо готель позиціонує себе одним з найкращих, то хочет

гарне місце, дуже стильний дизайн, неймовірно гарні і комфортні тераси! в номері було все необхідне, для песині була ліжанка, мисочки і гель для миття лапок (за це окрема зірочка повинна бути).

Cons:

якщо ви подорожуєте з улюбленцем, то при заселенні з вас стягується оплата (попередньо попереджають) за проживання тварини і ви повинні залишити мінімум 1500 грн як завдаток, на випадок якщо тваринка щось пошкодить (спойлер - наша нічого не згризла і впринципі там і не перевіряли, просто віддали завдаток)))
це не петфрендлі, як вказано, тому розраховуйте на додаткові витрати.
витяжка не працювала у ванній.
персонал спілкується українською тільки тоді, коли ти до них говориш українською.

Смачна їжа, привітний персонал, класне розташування — центр «під рукою» і, в той же час, доволі тиха вулиця.

Cons:

Кілька пунктів, які можна покращити:
1) бракувало чайника в номері;
2) недостатня шумоізоляція між коридором та номером — було чутно всіх, хто проходить повз або зачиняє двері до свого номеру.

excellent stay, nice bartenders, attention to details

Everything was excellent: a clean hotel, nice people at reception and at the bar, and a great breakfast. I even forgot my watch, and they were kind enough to send it to my home by post. Highly recommended! Thanks for your hospitality.
