From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that the hotel requires the following :

Any arrival without fully vaccinated will not be able to check in and booking will be canceled by the receptionist on the spot. Any paid bookings will be refunded within 14 working days; subject to Booking.com cancelations policy.

Everything and i liked the room , was clean and Breakfast was good too for the price we payed , woudl come back again

strategic place to go anywhere you want to go..easy to catch grab, have parking area, the staff that shows my room is helpfull..have an escalator and its easy to find my room.
I know refrigerator doesnt include in the facility list but its my opinion the hotel should provide one in each rooms, its convenience for a long stay.. the hotel also doesnt have an appropriate smoking area.. the room is quite small n i need to pray in front of toilet.. the pass key holder in room also seems broken.. the tv is old doesnt include netflix or cant even use miracast or screen mirroring..its boring to stay long in room.. the room is near window.. n i can hear a loud clear noise from outside...last the flushbowl toilet water is slow and i need to wait fo the tank to full n flush again..
It was near to Jusco Shopping Mall which was good and it's very near to all eateries
I find it surprising that there is not a single mirror in the bedroom except the toilet
Ubytování je pěkné a čisté. Personál milý. V ubytování vyžadují deposit 100 MYR, tak je na to být potřeba připravený. Ubytování nabízí snídani a jako milé překvapení byla odpolední káva a zálusek.
Bohužel v mém pokoji byl v noci šílený hluk- ventilace, klimatizace z jiných pokojů nebo z chodby. Já svou měla vypnutou. Bylo nutné mít na spaní sluchátka. Druhou noc to bylo trochu lepší. Je to daleko od všeho.
I was assigned a suite with faulty air-conditioner, TV and mini fridge. I was given a room change but found various safety hazards in the new room.
Hotel should only assigned rooms in working conditions.

no bar soap and no soap at the basin.
This is our second stay here and we love everything. The location is strategic to many restaurants and in driving distance to popular spots. The room is clean and good customer service and facilities.
The water caused me some itch... Maybe I too sensitive
