Any arrival without fully vaccinated will not be able to check in and booking will be canceled by the receptionist on the spot. Any paid bookings will be refunded within 14 working days; subject to Booking.com cancelations policy.

Pros:

Free shuttle service. Good service. Room was spotless. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Room light can be brighter. Too dim to apply makeup or do writing and laptop work.

Full buffet wasn't available due to less guests that day. But the options available for semi buffet was still ok. Wish there was hot chocolate for kids to drink and also better option compared to super processed sausage and ham slice. No mushroom or hash brown. But still a good breakfast.

Can be a stopover in Ipoh next time without entering the city centre.
Pros:

There is a good chicken rice restaurant Sam Ma and dim sum Chooi Yue nearby.

Cons:

We couldn't easily cross the road to Kinta Mall to AEON.
