The pool is lovely and the pool area great.
I was a bit disappointed with the view from my room. The other side of the hotel could look into my room and it blocked the view of the river.

We stayed here for a few nights and had a great time here. The rooms are very big with its own balcony. Breakfast was varied, and the staff were lovely. Would recommend staying here.
The experience was great. Beautiful hotel and good location. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was big and clean, and the food/restaurant was great. Everyone was super kind, especially Kim Chi, who helped me with different stuff like finding a doctor, exploring the city, and booking excursions. The location of the hotel was perfect (close to the city center, but in a quiet hood). Truly enjoyed it.
From the moment we arrived, our experience was wonderful. The hotel is amazing—a beautiful place to stay with a great location close to most tourist attractions. The staff were exceptional from reception to the dining area, especially Eric, who was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Whenever we had questions, he was always ready to help and made our stay even more enjoyable.

2. Розташування зручне для всього - доїзд до центру, прогулянка по околиці, доїзд до основних туристичних місць.
3. Працівники готелю привітні, професійні, завжди раді допомогти, підказати куди поїхати і що побачити.
Сніданок кожного дня був майже той самий. Хоч він і дуже смачний, але з часом, на жаль, набридає і хочеться чогось іншого. Але це неважлива деталь, на враження про відпочинок це абсолютно не вплинуло!
We recommend staying at this hotel. The location is good. Everywhere is within a short walking distance. The rooms are excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. The food is varied and very good. I am a vegetarian and there were plenty of options to choose from.

Impressed with the hotel, facilities and staff were great. Clean swimming pool, plenty of towels, & lots of places to lay out and read. We chose one of the suites with the large bathtub and it was perfect to come back to after a day out. The breakfast was adequate and there was variety and you can also order espresso etc. The hotel was a bit further out than we anticipated BUT 5 min Grab into town and very cheap....or a 20min walk, but easier to just get a Grab as no real footpaths. Rooms were clean & well maintained. Would definitely book again.
We stayed here for 4nights and it was amazing. The staff were super welcoming and the time here very relaxing. During our stay we enjoyed great breakfast, dinner with drinks and a great time on our balcony. The location is great, not expensive to go to the old town and if the weather is ok it’s a nice walk along the river.
If you are thinking to see Memories, it’s also within a walking distance, which was nice. Overall, it was a great stay! Thank you for your hard work!
