Pros:

La habitación era muy cómoda, la recepción muy amplia y el personal muy atento. El gimnasio también estaba bien.

Cons:

El buffet de la noche, lo miramos dos noches pero ninguna nos apeteció lo suficiente para quedarnos a cenar en el hotel que era un plan que teníamos ganas ya que estábamos por trabajo y cansada. Tenía muy poca variedad.

Tolles, modernes Hotel.
Nettes, hilfsbereites Personal.
Super moderne und saubere Zimmer.
Sehr gutes Frühstück.
Tolle Lage.

Cons:

Man muss für das Parkhaus im Hotel extra zahlen. Sollte im Zimmerpreis mit drin sein.

expensive for the service !
Pros:

We booked LEVEL OBEN paid full price of 750€ per night ! No upgrade even if possible. Breakfast was very poor for a lounge and service was as well poor ! Happy hour was very very poor in quality and choice. Reception at lounge was not friendly, no smiling and not helpful ! with exception of a Spanish lady!

Cons:

staff in the lounge, check in staff, breakfast at the lounge, happy hour lounge, room cleaning, just forgot to clean the bathroom and only put the towels !!

Acomodação e limpeza

Cons:

* Café da manhã decepcionante: (Desorganizado, pouquíssimas opções. Melhor não pagar e comer em padarias);
* The lounge ridículo (o cliente paga mais caro para um lugar que oferece café ridículo, amendoim e balas);
* Custo muito alem do que oferecem.

Gecen sene yine ailecek otelde kalmistik , bence kahvalti konseptini biraz degistirmenizde fayda var diye dusunuyorum .

Cons:

Banyodaki dus havlusunda kanizleri ve siyah lekeler vardi . Resepsiyona goturup gosterdim ve bununla ilgilenmelerini soyledim . Ama onlar cevap olarak bu havlu kirli degil !!! diye bir cevap verdiler

Pros:

Für ein 5* Sterne Hotel ist das Zimmere und das Badezimmer kärglich ausgestattet und zu beides zu klein.
Und 3 Tage Garagengebühr von Euro 135,-- ist ausverschämt.

REALLY BAD BAD NOT CARING CREW THEY HAVE GIVEN AWAY MY ROOM ALTHOUGH I HAVE PAID FOR IT!!!
Cons:

This was the worst night I have ever spent with a hotel like this. They have given my room to smo else although I had already booked and PAYED for the hotel. I was outside the whole night. I expect return of my money they STİLL HAVENT PAID BACK MY MONEY.

awful and very disappointing

the location near the Messe Frankfurt

Cons:

For the cost of over 700 euro's a night this was exceptionally poor value the hotel was akin to a 3/4 star hotel. the room smelt of sweat/body odour on arrival wo we had to spray the room with deodorant. there was no coffee machine which for the cost of the room is extraordinary. the towels were very thin. the room was cold and difficult to change the temperature. the plastic flooring was awful. the restaurant was fully booked for our entire stay. the buffet dinner downstairs was congealed and not at all appetising. the breakfast was chaos, no teaspoons anywhere near the coffee machines, staff were curt and told me to look for them on the other side of the restaurant. the layout was bad, the jam and condiments were no where near the toast. the clear away staff were arguing loudly and for a long time next to our table. And the breakfast itself was very basic, not what I would expect for this kind of money. I've, in fact never been in such a badly valued hotel.

Comoda, pulita , posizione strategica

Cons:

Purtroppo per chi a colazione ama il dolce, e’ il buffet e’ decisamente scarno. Il ristorante a buffet la sera da migliorare
Il roof top impraticabile sempre pieno di eventi
