Pros:

Schöne skyline. Frühstück war sehr lecker!

Cons:

Die Parkplätze wirklich eine Katastrofe! Es hat ausserhalb schon kaum platz. Die einstellhalle ist äusserst teuer und hat auch nicht genug platz. Riese Hotel aber ungefähr 100 parkplätze…

Not a good experience
Cons:

Awful check-in experience. Credit card machine didn't work on their side to pay a deposit, pin always failed to be accepted. They acted like they didn't want to give me a room key, even though the room was fully prepaid. Had to stand there and argue with the manager that they already a valid credit card number from the online booking. Breakfast at the Level very dissapointing, scrambled eggs you could cut like a cake and bacon unattactively cooked and piled high. Level bar had no food even mid-evening. Beer in the Level bar was limited to one type. Skybar refused to serve beer after 10pm and told me to go downstairs if I wanted one. Can't fully turn off the sound of the airconditioning to sleep. Tissues ran out fast. Cheese Burger (bar food) tasted awful although listed on the menu as Black Angus. Free water in room limited to 0.25l.

Gerne wieder dort übernachten, allerdings ohne die Tiefgarage beziehungsweise die Lademöglichkeit zu nutzen.
Pros:

Besonders positiv waren das freundliche Personal, die ruhige Lage sowie der schöne Ausblick.

Cons:

Weniger gut fand ich, dass der Aufzug von der Tiefgarage getrennt vom Zimmeraufzug ist. Außerdem sind die Gebühren für die Tiefgarage meiner Meinung nach zu hoch. Auch die Kosten für das Laden eines E-Autos waren deutlich zu teuer.

Gut aber mit kleinem Optimierungsbedarf!
Pros:

Alles bis auf die lange Wartezeit. Und der Teppich im Zimmer könnte bald ersetzt werden, da sich schon Löcher zeigen.

Die Deutschkentnisse der Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück, waren nicht die besten. Wenn man nach Nuss Nougat Creme fragt und der Mitarbeiter einen zu den Baked Beans schickt empfehlen wir ein Update der Sprachkenntnisse ;-)

Pros:

Manch einer mag die Unterkunft als günstig bezeichnen (keine Kritik oder Wertung); die Unterkunft, also das von mir gebuchte Zimmer, liegt preislich jedoch über meinem normalen Hotelbudget. Dennoch haben wir uns dies gegönnt und waren voll auf zufrieden. Die Aussicht (Zimmer mit Skylineblick) ist wirklich sehenswert. Das Zimmer ist ordentlich, modern und sauber. Das Hotel hat zudem eine super Lage, es sind ca. 25min zu Fuß bis zur Alten Oper. Und es ringsherum auch ruhig und nicht quirlig. Genau Nebenan ist das Naturkundemuseum des Senkenberginstitutes. Die Parkplätze sind relativ teuer, aber mit Glück findet man in den anliegenden Straßen einen freien Parkplatz im öff.Raum der kostenfrei ist. Check in/out waren einfach und das kontinentale Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend und sehr gut bestückt.

Gern auch die Skybar im 15.Stock besuchen, die Cocktails sind zu empfehlen. Bitte aber nicht davon ausgehen, dass jeder einen Platz auf dem Balkon der Skybar bekommen. Die Gastronomie und die Bar sind sehr gut besucht, sodass man entweder Geduld oder Glück haben muss.

Cons:

Kritisches war nicht aufgefallen.

Sehr Zentral

Cons:

Ich habe gebucht um ein entspanntes Wellness Wochenende zu erleben mit Sauna. Als ich da war wurde mir gesagt das sie defekt sei. Ich hätte eine Alternative zur Wiedergutmachung mir als Gast gewünscht, zumal ich eine Suit gebucht hatte. Außerdem hat das Hotel keine eigenen Parkplätze. Für 40€ oder mehr pro Tag konnte man in dem Parkhaus nebenan parken.
