Für das kurze anhalten unseres KFZ
, um kurz zu Fragen, ob noch ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage frei ist.
Das Frühstück entsprach auch nicht den Erwartungen des Preises für dieses.

Super schönes Zimmer, top Ausstattung und direkt upgegraded worden, ist ein Traum. Preis-Leistung war top, auch wenn ich aktuell in einer anderen Hotel Gruppe sehr treu bin, kann ich mir vorstellen da wieder mich einzubuchen.

Pros:

Schön, modern, freundlich. Sehr gute Küche und Cocktails.

Cons:

Öffnungszeiten der Skybar/Restaurant. Kein Bier in der Skybar, weil dies eine Cocktail Bar ist. Das finde ich für ein Hotel diesen Standards nicht akzeptabel.

Ich war in diesem Hotel an meinem Geburtstag und wurde an der Rezeption von Luca empfangen. Luca hat meinen Tag zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht und mir wirklich das Gefühl gegeben, gefeiert zu werden. Seine Aufmerksamkeit, Herzlichkeit und seine unglaubliche Freundlichkeit haben mich sehr berührt.

Luca ist einfach ein außergewöhnlicher Mensch und der beste Mitarbeiter an einer Rezeption, den ich je getroffen habe. Er hat meinen Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht und dafür gesorgt, dass mein Geburtstag ein wunderschönes Erlebnis wurde.

Vielen, vielen Dank, Luca! Du bist unglaublich und das Hotel kann sehr stolz sein, dich im Team zu haben. Ich werde diesen Aufenthalt immer in bester Erinnerung behalten.
