なんと表現して良いか⁉️
Pros:

設備は揃っていて便利だと思う、特にキッチンは用品やレンジなど便利です。

Cons:

階段移動は辛かった。
窓がなく真っ暗で閉じ込められた部屋と言う感じ。
設備の使い勝手は全く考えられてない、電子レンジはコンセントまで届かずコンセント高くまで移動が必要だった。
洗面所は詰まっており水が流れない。
エアコンはリモコンコントロール出来ず23度設定が変えられず寝れなかった。
シャワーのでお湯は熱くならず。
この状態で前の客は問題なかったのか！？不思議。
エクスプレスの方は良いと聞いたので次回行ってみようと思っている。

Pros:

Good lovation near zphrom Phong BTS station in a small alley with dining and entertainment options.

Cons:

The room was snaller than advertised, very basic with old furniture in bad shape, looked different from the photos. There were cockroaches, and the AC systems outside the room made a lot of noise.

Pros:

every day they take away trashes and change towels. very friendly and helpful people there. Shop's, diner's, restaurants were few steps from main door. Near main street but very quiet place to stay. No smoking (fee 4000 bht smoking) and disturbing life was forbidden.
Toilet bidee. water pressure was strong no need to use paper.

Cons:

fridge was too small.. Toilet and shower too near. toilet paper get wet.. bidee save situation it's 100x better than paper which is too soft...

Here is one of the best choices to stay in BKK for both short and long periods.
Pros:

The hotel's strategic location near the BTS station made it easy for me to explore the city. There are also many convenient stores, restaurants, Japanese bars and the most popular mall Emporium , Emquartier and Emsphere within walking distance.
Room with a reasonable price, Comfy and very clean. Soft bed, pillows and sheets were very comfortable. A special shout-out to staff members were incredibly welcoming, hospitable and creating an enjoyable atmosphere throughout my stay. Friendliness of staff from the hotel was a treasure bonus.

Will book this hotel again when I'm back in Bangkok. Definitely will come back and recommend to others!

Great experience in downtown Sukhumvit
Pros:

Location is great. Right in the middle of sukhumvit. Rooms are wide and clean. Main downside is no elevator. It's a simple property. I think the only facility they have is a coin operated washing/dryer machine. No bells and whistles but staff are great and place is clean. Overall great stay especially when taking price into consideration.

Cons:

Lack of elevator and also the check in is in a different building. It's only around a 1-2 mins walk away but something to note.

Simple stay that exceeded my expectations
Pros:

After reading some of the reviews I had very low expectations but glad I went ahead with the booking. It was in a great location, good staff and room although a bit dated, for the price the fact that there's a kitchen also was huge bonus

Cons:

Check in was at their corner building.

방상태는 편하고 좋았지만 다른게 아쉬었던 호텔
Pros:

일단 구굴 지도 위치가 달라 찾는데 너무 어려웠습니다.
그리고 무엇보다 체크인과 숙소가 제 경우에는 건물이 나눠져 있어서 익숙치는 않았습니다.
방상태는 넓고 무엇보다 요리를 하는데 좋은 환경이었습니다.
그런데 헤어드라이기가 없어서 아쉬었습니다.
방상태는 제 생각엔 좋다고 생각합니다
일단 구글지도 위치를 다시 체크하길 바랍니다.
