Heerlijk, een tien!
Pros:

Alle medewerkers zijn ontzettend vriendelijk. Warme ontvangst, goede informatie over de stad en bezienswaardigheden en hoe je daar kunt komen. Ontbijt is uitgebreid Turks ontbijt. Het hotel ligt in een hele leuke en gezellige wijk met veel restaurants en winkeltjes. De blauwe moskee ligt vlakbij, net als vele andere bezienswaardigheden. We kregen een upgrade van de kamer en die was heel mooi, schoon en comfortabel. Goede badkamer en douche, sfeervol ingerichte kamer. Heerlijk rustig op de kamer, geen geluid van de straat. De transfer van een naar het vliegveld was ook perfect geregeld. We hebben heel leuk en fijn verblijf gehad cv in het Acacia hotel en komen hier zeker terug als we weer in Istanbul zijn, want wat is dit een mooie, gezellige, leuke en gemoedelijke stad! Net als het acacia hotel.

Hôtel très accueillant.
Pros:

Hôtel de caractère dans une ancienne maison proche des lieux principaux de la visite historique et du tramway.
Le personnel est très sympathique et vous rend service à tout moment.
Le ménage est fait quotidiennement et sur demande. La literie est très bien, chambre spacieuse. Petit déjeuner correct.
Je reviendrai.

Cons:

Si vous êtes sensible au bruit, ce qui n'est pas notre cas, à savoir que le bâtiment est ancien donc mal isolé.
Ce n'était pas un problème pour nous.

A szoba teljesen megfelelő volt. A hőmérséklet a februári hideg ellenére kellemes volt. Tiszta szobát kaptunk és a 7 nap alatt egyszer kértünk takarítást, de az valóban az is volt. A reggeli bőséges, és a transzfer szolgáltatás is szuper volt. Ez utóbbit nem csak a repülőtér-szállás útvonalán használhattuk ki, mert rendelkezésünkre álltak a szállásadók.

Cons:

Panaszra nincs okom. Ami talán kedvezőtlen lehet, hogy 10 perc sétára van a legközelebbi tömegközlekedési eszköz, de erről a szállás nem tehet.

Alles in allem super toll!
Pros:

Sehr zentral, sehr sauber und wirklich sehr sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Wir waren zu dritt in einem Dreierzimmer welches eigentlich nur ein Doppelbett und einen Liegesessel hatte (also eigentlich nicht wirklich ein Dreierzimmer). Ich muss anmerken, dass wir die Möglichkeit hatten das Zimmer zu wechseln - diese aber nicht genutzt haben, da uns dies zu mühsam war.

Soggiorno ad Istanbul

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole all’Acacia Mansion Hotel, che si è rivelato una scelta eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista.
La struttura è curata, pulita e accogliente, con camere confortevoli e ben attrezzate, ideali sia per un soggiorno di relax sia per chi viaggia per turismo e desidera una base comoda per esplorare la zona. Gli ambienti comuni sono ordinati e ben mantenuti, e si respira un’atmosfera tranquilla che fa sentire subito a proprio agio.
La posizione dell’hotel è molto comoda, permettendo di raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni e i servizi nelle vicinanze. Anche la qualità del servizio offerto è stata sempre all’altezza delle aspettative, con uno staff attento e disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta.
Un ringraziamento speciale va a Omer e Hilal, che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole grazie alla loro gentilezza, professionalità e disponibilità. Sempre sorridenti e pronti ad aiutare, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa, offrendo supporto e consigli utili durante tutta la permanenza.
Consigliamo vivamente l’Acacia Mansion Hotel a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno confortevole, con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e soprattutto con uno staff che fa davvero la differenza. Sicuramente torneremo in futuro.
