This property has exceeded our expectations!
Pros:

The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. The en-suite bathroom was a bonus. You normally fear you may not find things as described or expected but this property exceeded our expectations. We would definitely book again.

Cons:

It is a bit far from the city centre. Narrow entrance to the car park. The WiFi could be better.

Great location, comfy beds, great price and spacious rooms
Pros:

Excellent location, loads of parking including paid EV charger. Room was very spacious. Kitchenette was satisfactory for our needs with kindly supplied dishwashing liquid, new sponge, hand soap. Had cutlery, plates and bowls, toaster, kettle and microwave. Extra towels and kitchen roll/ toilet roll as needed and small bottles of body wash and shampoo available as well. Beds were secretly comfy and large. Curtains blocked out sunlight. Shower was good. Has laundry rack and iron. Friendly concierge showed us around and set room door key code for us on arrival.

Cons:

Bathroom sink was miniscule, half the time we just ended up using kitchen sink, didn't bother us. Didn't find a hair dryer but didn't ask. Also, I wonder if there would be a washing machine somewhere considering they did have a laundry rack? Did not find WiFi password although didn't ask. TV connection to netflix/ prime was intermittent. Sound proofing wasn't great but luckily, neighbours weren't too noisy.

Easy, value for money stay with good transport links nearby in a quiet area
Pros:

The location was good - easy to find. The handover to get in was great. Lots of communication aiding the process. The room we had included everything you;d need for a pleasant stay.

Cons:

Nothing springs to mind.

Pros:

You get what you pay for - it's a cheaper alternative accommodation not too far from the BEC - it was clean enough (not to hotel standard but ok - just make sure to pack flip flops or slippers so you dont deal with the carpet). Compact, bed was comfy, it wasn't noisy - cannot complain! :)

Cons:

No major dislikes - it just took some chasing to confirm if late check in was okay but other than that, this is a good spot for short stays!

Wifi could be a little stronger as we were at the top of the building. It worked but also stopped on occasion.

Cons:

The host of the apartment was good. We booked the room that was in the picture. We were not given that room. When we talked to the host that we had been given a different room, after that the host changed our room. But there was no fan in the room and there were not many facilities and the heat was very high inside the room and there was no fan. And we checked out and went back after about 4 hours.

Grand wee apartment.
Pros:

Colin met us around our arrival time and took us into the property and let us in and key code sorted. Showed us around without any bother and was helpful.
The flat was clean and perfect for the stay for 1 night. Nicely decorated and good kitchen and bathrooms.

Cons:

Settee was not very comfy but not a huge issue.
