Pros:

Not luxury but good value for money. Be aware that equipment provided limits cooking ability
Pros:

The apartment was clean and in a great position. The live in manager was helpful and responsive.
There was a huge TV, two double beds and some limited kitchen facilities in the room, alongside an en-suite bathroom
Was quiet and right temperature

Cons:

The blinds didn't really keep daylight out in the morning - black out or additional curtains would help.
The room is advertised as having kitchen equipment, which it did, but be aware this really means crockery and cutlery. There are no bowls/pans etc. There is a combi/microwave and a toaster and fridge. However, due to lack of bowls, using the microwave to heat beans/soup etc is not possible.
The sink in bathroom was blocked and the shower door didnt quite close properly. Didnt really impact too much, as used sink in room to clean teeth and just put towel down near shower

What a find
Pros:

The building was immaculate and looked like it had been refurbished. The grounds have plenty of parking which is free. Colin was amazing, funny and accommodating. He was clear with instructions and was available anytime you needed him.

Cons:

If I am being picky the car park is a bit tight if you have a larger car, but we managed fine 😊

Letto comodissimo in una zona molto tranquilla a 10 minuti circa a piedi dalla fermata del tram. La stanza aveva il frigo , un fornetto, davvero ben attrezzata. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Cons:

L unica pecca forse è che essendo abbastanza periferica ci vuole una mezz'oretta circa per il centro, però ci si arriva lo stesso con un po' più di tempo

Bed and pillows were so comfy, Colin was canny!
Spacious. Great location.

Cons:

The room absolutely stunk of cigarette smoke.
The bathroom sink didn’t drain, so I couldn’t even brush my teeth!
The cold water took a while to get cold in the bathroom and kitchen.
There was a large amount of creaking coming from the ceiling which was hard to sleep through!

All you need for a short break. Clean and spacious apartment.
Pros:

Nice, clean and spacious apartment. Very helpful staff member Colin, who was always at hand to assist with queries.

Cons:

The EV charging bays are not clearly marked, which made them difficult to access on one occasion. However, the ever so helpful Colin quickly located the driver and asked him to move so that I could charge my car.
