Pros:

Room and facilities were clean and access was easy.

Cons:

No sleep due to fire alarm in the middle of the night and inadequate information on what to in the event of an alarm going off. Noone about to address the situation or ask either. Disappointing follow up with the premises after we left. Given we went for convenience and to be well rested this venue failed us massively and we were very disappointed given the price paid. Very little to do in the immediate location either. Wouldn't recommend or stay again.

Relaxing and enjoyable stay in a very comfortable, conveniently located apartment. I hope to return.
Pros:

Very quiet and easily accessible location in a residential neighbourhood, just off the M602 motorway.
Easy entry to the apartment via palm scan and 4-digit code.
On site parking (one of my reasons for choosing the Ashcroft).
CCTV on main door and apartment door.
Comfortable, well-equipped and very clean apartment.
Large, comfortable bed.
Well-fitted en suite with nice shower and lots of towels.
Staff (caretaker who met me on site and gave me access to the apartment), owner and even the decorator were friendly and helpful.
Two tram stops and supermarkets within ten minutes' walk.

Cons:

There was virtually no noise from adjoining apartments but a lot coming through the ceiling from the apartment above. I don't think they were noisy people, but the sound of them walking across the floor was so loud that it woke me up. Also the heavy internal fire doors close with a bang.

There were no cleaning materials apart from washing-up liquid - a couple of dishwasher tablets and maybe some surface cleaner would have been useful.

But this wouldn't stop me from staying at the Ashcroft again. The apartment is beautiful and in a very convenient location for me. I'm glad I chose it.

Freezing cold basement apartment.
Pros:

Clean and modern . Bed was comfy. Water was hot for showers.
Parking was good. Sainsbury’s was handy to apartment.

Cons:

Heating was not working properly and was unable to operate it due to it being cased in. The caretaker said he’d sort it but didn’t and was freezing every night. Didn’t like being in the basement with one small window with a wall around it . Couldn’t see out at all. Felt like a dungeon. Kitchen window was too high and couldn’t reach the blinds cord. Bathroom mirror too high. Not much cooking facilities in apartment. Steps up to car park were too steep and very dangerous coming down them. Too much noise from creaky overhead floor boards and doors banging constantly, (advertised as sound proof).Fire blanket holder was empty. Needed more shelves in bathroom.

Colin was very nice. He is responsible there and in the house.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this accommodation. The promised high-speed Internet did not exist. Speedtest was done. Got the wrong room at the beginning. Kitchen / kitchenette not suitable for cooking, as no equipment available. Accommodation very dirty. Dirty underwear from the predecessor.

Clean and spacious apartment.
Pros:

Very clean, recently decorated. Comfortable beds. Close proximity to Salford Royal Hospital, which we needed. Shops and takeaways a couple of minutes walk. Quiet location. Very helpful caretaker.

Cons:

Need two bedside lockers in bedrooms, bedside lamps and lamp in lounge as lighting harsh. Two seater sofa in lounge for four of us, so large, comfy sofa would be great addition. Three televisions in apartment which was great, but WiFi intermittent so unable to watch anything on streaming channels. Otherwise tastefully decorated and well equipped.

Absolutely phenomenal stay at the Ashcroft particularly the maintenance man Ben and his wife they helped us with everything we needed and made us feel like we were back at home! Would love to stay again on our next trip.
