A éviter !!!
Pros:

Juste l'endroit et la piscine !!!

Cons:

On ne parle pas français.
Pas d'ascenseur pour aller au 4 étages soit 48 marches à monter !!! Une honte pour un tel établissement.
Chambre pas faite le matin.
Un sauna sur deux fonctionne.
Pas moyen d'avoir des nouvelles serviettes propres..
Donc qualité prix zéro !!!

Schönes Hotel. Bedenken sollte man, dass keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist.

Die Staff war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück reichhaltig und gut.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern! Bei unserem Besuch war es besonders warm (um die 35 Grad Celsius) und aus dem Grund, unangenehm zum schlafen.

Fraai hotel en zeer goed ontbijt. Mooi zwembad en faciliteiten.

Klassischer Charme mit Potential
Pros:

Ein klassisches Hotel im typischen Stil des Schwarzwaldes. Das Personal ist bemüht das beste aus dem zu machen was Ihnen zur Verfügung steht.

Cons:

Leider ist festzustellen das an der Personalanzahl sowie an der Wartung des Gebäudes gespart wird. An sich fehlen immer wieder kleine Details (Abfalleimer auf dem Tisch, klare Informarionen bei Ankunft, hinweise für zusätzliche Gebühren, Kaffemaschiene ist unterdimensioniert.....Dinge die bei 4 Sternen üblich sein sollten) und so steht man auf dem Balkon, wundert sich über die nicht fertig zurückgebauten Duschen im Spa bereich, der Ladesäule die nur halb funktioniert, während sich das Holzbrett des Balkongeländers beinahe im den unteren Stock verabschiedet.

Umgebung für einen Motorrad Urlaub sehr gut.

Cons:

Ständig Getränke auf die falsche Zimmernummern gebucht. Personal mit Sprachbarrieren, wenn auch stets bemüht. Ab 22 Uhr war Schicht in Schacht. Mäßige Getränke Vielfalt und Buffet am Frühstück. Harte ausgenuddelte Betten/Matratzen, altes Mobiliar. Trotz inbegriffener Parkplätze pro Zimmer und Aufenthalt wurde diese bei CheckOut in Rechnung gestellt, wenn auch erstattet nach Diskussion. Für den Preis schlechtes Leistungsverhältnis.
