Bun pentru tranzit, nu pentru sejur
Pros:

Apă caldă (fiartă) la orice ora.

Cons:

Personal obraznic, lipsa curățenie, am rezervat o cameră Double Deluxe și am primit un Single Deluxe, cu un pat cât aproape toată camera, nu mai aveam loc de trecere, când coboram din pat calcam practic pe bagaje, geamurile nu se închid etanș.

Cons:

Faptul ca am vorbit sa facem chekinul devreme si ei nu erau cu camera gata nici la ora 13 , in baie nu era hartie igienica, in 5 nopți nu ne-au dat un pahar cu apa, gunoiul niciodată nu a fost ridicat din camera nici o data, igiena lasa de dorit. Deci in concluzie NU! Nu vom reveni la acest hotel!

Άνετο, καθαρό, ευγενικό προσωπικό.
Pros:

Εύκολη πρόσβαση με μετρό, μόνο 15 λεπτά από το οτογκάρ, πολύ καθαρό και αρκετά μεγάλο δωμάτιο. Γενικά η τοποθεσία είναι προς τα έξω από το κέντρο, αλλά μπορείται να φτάσετε από το κέντρο της Κωνσταντινούπολης μόνο με τη χρήση του Μετρό και φθηνάκαι πολύ γρήγορα. Τριγύρω υπάρχει μια μεγάλη πλατεία και πολλα εστιατόρια, αλλά και ένα μάρκετ ακριβώς απέναντι. Επίσης πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό. Για αυτή την τιμή την θεωρώ άριστη επιλογή.

Not worth the price—unclean room, bedbugs, and constant renovation noise.

Location is good and staff was supportive.

Cons:

The property was not as clean as shown in the pictures. The duvet was dirty and even torn in the middle, which was very disappointing.

There is ongoing renovation at the property, and the noise can be quite disturbing at times.

Most concerning, we found bedbugs in the room, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable.

Considering the price, the property should provide much better service and maintain higher standards of cleanliness and comfort.
