Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for the first time, I preferred to call the receptionist first because it was very close to the main street, it was in the morning, I felt that the receptionist working there spoke very racist, so I thanked him and hung up and made a reservation through booking.com, it is not appropriate to make a reservation by phone here, the way he spoke is bad! But I would like to say that when I checked in in the afternoon, there was a different person working at the reception and even the butler was very kind, the rooms were clean, I did not go down for breakfast, I do not know!

Cons:

I just want to say that even if you are from a Central Asian country, you can still feel racism! For example, I am Turkmen, Uzbeks can be included in this!

Расположение хорошее. Удобно добираться. Вокруг много кафе и магазинов, работающих допоздна.

Cons:

Я раньше неоднократно останавливался в этом отеле. Все нравилось. Но в это раз создалось ощущение, что нет хозяина. Все приходит в упадок. Отель требует обновления. Был разочарован. За эти деньги можно найти отель лучшего качества. Пока в этом отеле я больше останавливаться не буду

Good value for money. Nice accomodation for Bahçelievler area with great transport access.
Pros:

Location is perfect, metro and bus station just hundred meters away. Bed is very comfortable as well, quiet for night sleep and room size is adequate. Staff are very accommodating and responsive. Internet is good.

Cons:

Nothing much, it’s fairly good. Bathroom needs a bit of freshening. Cleaning personnel should do routine clean up, although they address any request promptly. Adding breakfast could be perfect.
