Smooth and comfortable stay in a really nice apartment.
Pros:

The check-in process and everything from handling requests / questions, using the locker was very well done and went smoothly. The apartment was very nice and comfortable, also having additional commodities such as coffee with your own coffee maker, tea, and milk. The location is great, too, with only a few minutes of walk to the inner city and museums.

Schönes Hotel aber leider laut
Pros:

Gute Lage und Ausstattung, komfortable Betten.

Cons:

Leider sehr viel Lärm durch nächtliche Partys anderer Gäste und Versuch frühmorgens auch Türen oder Fenster aufzubrechen, um ins Hotel zu kommen. Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss grenzen direkt an die Straße und sind deshalb besonders exponiert. Personal ist nicht präsent, weil Zugang über Codes erfolgt. Das Problem scheint auch bekannt zu sein, weil in den Zimmern schon Ohrstöpsel liegen.

Overall the stay was good, with good location and nice room and great service. Would come again!
Pros:

The location was good as we did not have a car and the sprinter was outside the building. The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were great; my daughter brought an old blanket that she grew up with. When the cleaning staff came to change sheets, the blanket got mixed up in the sheets and went to the laundry. My daughter contacted the staff and to my surprise they found the blanket and it was returned. Keep in mind the blanket is over 20 years old and in really poor condition. Anyone would have thought it was a rag and thrown it out, but the staff was kind enough to not only find it but return it. My daughter was very happy. Wonderful customer care!

Cons:

The shower room smelled like sewage at times. Better lighting would be good.

Pros:

Il check in e check out con il codice è molto comodo, molto apprezzata anche l'acqua e le capsule di caffè in stanza, come la caffetteria "libera" nella sala comune.

Cons:

Qualche problemino di pulizia nella stanza, ma il bagno era pulitissimo e comunque più che accettabile

Prima, toplocatie.
Pros:

Het tweepersoonsbed was goed. Fijne plek verder, alles schoon en goed uitgerust appartement. Het was me niet duidelijk dat we alle ID's moesten invoeren waardoor we even voor een dichte deur stonden, maar dat werd op afstand goed opgelost.

Cons:

De slaapbank was abominabel en na uitklappen was er vrijwel geen ruimte om het bed over. Net een tikje te klein eigenlijk.

Highly recommended
Pros:

Numa was very easy to work with. Laundry in basement -3 euro to dry and 4 to wash. Luggage storage. Keyless entry. Close to local tram.

Cons:

Grocery store is a 12-15 minute walk. Restaurants in the area were expensive and every ethnic community was represented ( some would say this is a positive). I'm not very adventurous with food.
