This is a terrible property if you want to go to B stop barking outside Gambia please pick another local

Most of the staff was friendly, while one other staff refused to speak or say hello to me at breakfast time. They only wanted my room number. I eventually said hello and greated them but they seem uncomfortable. However they were more friendly to other guests than myself. So I will not be returning to Bamboo resort. They also charge for late check out by the hour and when i left my luggage at reception it was left unattended eventhough i was told someone will always be there to keep an eye. I was very disappointed

From the outside of the beach hotel resort, to the lobby and then the entire surrounding of the hotel area itself were very amazing and the rooms were highly comfortable. The restaurant area was nicely decorated and the foods were made cooked to order. Moreover, fresh ingredients were used and the taste were mouth watering delicious in every bite. At night, the lights lit up the entire hotel property. The pools sparkled with cleanliness and the sound of nature made it so peaceful. I wanted to stay longer, but had to return back to the USA to be with my kids. Hands down this has been one of the best clean beach hotel resorts I have vacationed at period. Love it!

Die Anlage an sich ist sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer leider nicht. Gerade das Bad (Zahnpasta Reste der vorherigen Bewohner an den Wänden, Haare im Abfluss und verkalkte Armaturen) und einiges mehr.. Handtücher, die gestellt werden sind fleckig oder kaputt und Nachschub an Klopapier gibt es erst nach mehrmaligem Bitten.
Kleiderschrank ist nicht vorhanden, lediglich eine Stange mit fünf Bügeln und an den Stühlen vor der Tür wickelt sich langsam aber sich das Polyrattan ab.
Wenn man am Pool liegt kommen die Kellner dort nicht hin, um die Getränkekarte zu bringen oder eine Bestellung aufzunehmen, man muss selbst an die Bar obwohl das Personal dazu vorhanden wäre. Auf Bestellungen, egal ob Essen oder Getränke wartet man ewig, die Qualität der Speisen ist mittelmäßig, das Frühstück eintönig.
Da 24/7 mit Gartenschläuchen Wasser in den Pool gelassen wird ist dieser immer sehr kalt und auch die liegen drum herum sind teilweise kaputt.
Die Hotelanlage an sich ist sehr gepflegt, es sind täglich Gärtner dort und man legt Wert auf Sauberkeit.
Das Hotel hat großes Potenzial, das leider nicht richtig genutzt wird.. könnte ein großartiger Ort sein.

Välkomnande personal, trevligt, gott om solstolar och välskött stor pool. Bra mat men frukost buffén var dåligt utbud på. Det fanns inget bord ute på våran terass/ingång medans vissa hade det. Ont i ryggen efter varje morgon, tunna madrasser i sängen, lakanet gled av efter nån timme när man lagt sig.. Plast skydd på madrassen. Annars överlag helt okej.

Väldigt fint hotell med bra läge, god mat och fint poolområde!

Resorten är mycket sliten men har nog varit en fin resort en gång i tiden. Utemöbler är sönder och rostiga. I rummen fungerade inte tvn och internet var mycket dåligt. I det ena rummet hade vi ingen kyl och det fanns inga hängare eller fjärrkontroll till AC. Dessutom så var kranen helt lös inne på toaletten och dörrarna är in till rummet är ganska dåliga.

Wir hatten ein halbes rundhaus. Das zimmer war etwas spartanisch eingerichtet. Es gab keine Möglichkeit etwas aufzuhängen, keine bügel, keine richtige Sitzmöglichkeit. Die Matratze war ziemlich durchgeritten. Doch die Anlage macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Das Personal ist äusserst nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgesprochen vielseitig und sehr fein.

The staff at the front desk wasn’t welcoming, housekeeping didn’t take the dirty dishes from my room.

The property has a lovely concept, but the property is runned down, walls are falling apart, the same with the furniture. However, the staff is wonderful and very nice.

I like the concept of the property, but it needs to be updated. The internet was almost non-existent.

Excellent Resort/Hotel, Management, Staff and facilities. In all 8 Years I have been in The Gambia in several Resorts, Hotels, Apartments, Luxe Lodges, this is the Best, number one for me. The Garden is marvellous too and the swimming pool is Best ever seen, same for the Room. Excellent wuality, nice style and so nice to relaxe. I am realy impressed

The decore in the rooms are very unique. The downside was the bed, it had a shelf surrounding and being short it made it hard to get in and out of bed. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was a little disappointing with not much selection to choice from. Overall a great experience and would definitely return
