Une très bonne expérience
Pros:

J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’accueil, la disponibilité du personnel et la qualité du service. L’établissement est agréable, propre et l’ambiance est vraiment sympathique.

La piscina está muy bien cuidada, muy limpia.
A veces abría muy tarde, porque la estaban limpiando.

La comida está muy rica.

El personal agradable.

Es un hotel muy bonito y el diseño es precioso. Las habitaciones muy bonitas y la cama muy cómoda.

Cons:

Varios puntos.

Wifi no va demasiado bien, no podíamos ver ninguna película, se cortaba y no sé conectaba de nuevo, costaba enviar fotos y otras cosas porque la señal era muy débil o nula. Era agotador estar mirando todo el rato si había conexión o no.

En el comedor no funcionaba bien el aire acondicionado, estaba abanicandome todo el rato, los aparatos ponía que estaban a 16 pero allí todo el mundo sudaba y se abanicaban.

En las habitaciones entran lagartijas, ya que las ventanas batientes no cierran bien y se cuelan por ahí.

La piscina es muy bonita y limpia, pero me resbalé en un escalón al entrar porque resbalan muchísimo, me hice daño en las dos manos al apoyarlas, no hay nada preparado para que no sucedan resbalones. Creo que es algo que han de modificar.

Las toallas que dan para la piscina, están muy viejas, parecen hasta sucias de lo viejas que están.

Pros:

The pool, although on sundays its gets quite noisy. Breakfast was quite nice with wide choice.
Gardens are nice with few animals (peacocks, gooses...).

Cons:

Pool was supposed to open at 8am but it opened after check out time. That's unfortunate since it means on our last morning we couldn't enjoy the pool.

Pros:

Nice garden. Clean pools. Clean rooms. Secure. Good staff, family friendly.
It feels the holiday there, the design of the resort is balance between African style and modem style.
The embatious manager is great.

The breakfast is good and especially the grill point where you could order the egg of your wish.

I recommend it to my friends. They came and they loved it.

I must have something to say but could not find.

Pros:

In-room safe

Chef always produced great meals. And the bar was very hospitable. There is a pool though I didn't have a chance to use it - crazy busy days

Cons:

Practices I found weird: soap and water only on the day of arrival.

The internet was really hit-and-miss. Good on some days, but clearly needed me to have a backup plan if I was to work from the room comfortably.
