L’hôtel est magnifique, le personnel très agréable et là pour servir le lieu et bien entretenu tout est propre rien à redire

Le seul point négatif est que le parking n’est pas facile d’accès, il est un peu compliqué de manœuvrer

nicht zu viel erwarten
Pros:

Der zur Villa gehörende Park war sehr schön. Ebenso der Ausblick von den in einem Zweithaus gelegenen Frühstücksräumen.

Cons:

Achtung: meine Kritik bezieht sich -mit Ausnahme der Zufahrt zum Parkplatz- auf ein Zimmer in der alten Villa, und nicht im gerade erst eröffneten neuen (Neben-)Gebäude!
Für die Auffahrt zum Parkplatz ist wegen der Steilheit und dem Zustand ein Allradfahrzeug von Vorteil. Die Dusche kann für Menschen mit einem Brustumfang von mehr als 100 cm zur Herausforderung werden, der WC-Sitz ist optimal für Kinder, nicht aber für Menschen, die größer sind als 140 cm. Das Frühstück ist eher mediterran als mitteleuropäisch. Der Fernseher zeigte kein Bild, nur Ton, wurde aber nicht repariert.
Bitte auch unbedingt beachten: die Bilder der Hotel-Bildergalerie zeigen im Wesentlichen Bilder des neuen, gerade in Betrieb genommenen (Neben-)Gebäudes,
Die in Booking genannten 3 Restaurants sind entweder Cafes, oder gehören zu einem Bagni, die geschlossen waren. Zum Essen muss man bis Sanremo reinfahren. In der Nachbarschaft des Hotels gibt es eigentlich -mit Ausnahme der jetzt geschlossenen Bagnis- rein gar nichts

Beautiful small hotel in exceptional grounds
Pros:

Lovely location, walking distance to town& close to beach and cycle path. Gardens are exceptionally beautiful.

Cons:

Everything was great. Lots of building work going on to build a pool and gym which will greatly enhance property but didn’t detract at all from our stay.
