Worked for us very well. Labor day Friday night stay in chain hotels was 3-4 times regular rate
Pros:

Property has been nicely remodeled. Large room with two queen beds. Very clean and well kept up. Breakfast was fine with all that we needed (coffee, yogurt, fruit and snacks for the road.) Description did not mention any breakfast but it looks like the area has been added to provide basic food needs. Staff was also very polite and helpful!

Comfortable little Inn in Lakeview.
Pros:

Oregon Trail Inn is a good choice to stay when in Lakeview. Adequate room with a nice common area to sit and watch the wildlife strolling through town in the evening.

A very comfortable stay
Pros:

Check in started at 2pm. The bed was comfortable and we liked the table and chairs outside of the room. Also, having an outdoor gazebo for smokers is a good thing.

Cons:

$200 is a bit high a price for not having any breakfast included.

It met our needs very well. Last minute booking and friendly staff, safe location.
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and friendly. We were traveling and arrived around midnight.

Cons:

We were only there to sleep while passing through, and it was perfect for that.

We recommend this motel!
Pros:

The property had just been recently renovated and was very nice. It was clean and beds comfortable. It was a very spacious room for the two of us. We liked the fact that the car was right outside our door and easy to load and unload. A perk with an older motel!! It also had chairs and small table outside our room to sit and enjoy coffee or just the outdoors. Definitely would chose it again!

Cons:

Loved the beautiful hanging flower baskets around the motel.
