Pros:

Location!!! Just short walk from Hudson river, Wall st, Brooklyn bridge, WTC, ferry docks… A lot of subway options. Great place to explore Manhattan and Brooklyn. Also the rooftop is great. Nice view. Rooms are clean, fresh towels every day, refreshing drink in the lobby.

Cons:

Noise from the street. But, hey, this is NYC.

Great location, nice facilities especially if you’re staying for a longer time.

Great location for sites downtown - Statue of Liberty, 9/11 Museum and financial district.

Pool wasn’t available.
