Amazing property right next to the Katsuragawa with view of the river and Togetsu bridge. Rooms are spacious with modern minimalist design. Staffs are very courteous and helpful. The best hotel we have stayed in while traveling in Japan.

混雑する嵐山において、ロケーション抜群の、卓越したデザイン建築のくつろぎのホテルでした。朝食もおいしかったです。
ただ残念だったのは、家族で泊まれるメゾネットタイプのお部屋はなぜか窓が開けられず、空調もセントラルヒーティング。少々暑くても自分で室温を調節できないという閉塞感がありました。川沿いのダブルやツインなら、快適だったかと思います。
駐車場で苦労する京都ですが、数台駐車も可能です。さらに通路やフロアに段差がなく、車イスの高齢者も問題なくリラックスして過ごせました。スタッフのみなさんも温かく接してくださいました。

こちらのホテルは、スタッフの方がどの方もとても親切で話しやすいです。お部屋のアメニティも充実していますし、ベッドやソファも心地よい物が入っています。欲を言えば女性用にメイク落としのクレンジングがあると良いと思いました。
