الموقع ممتاز بعيد عن الزحمة والطريق الى الفندق له اكثر من مدخل والسرير مريح جدا والغرف واسعه ودورة المياه نظيفه وواسعه
سعر الغرفة على موقع بوكينج 22 ريال مع الضريبة وغير شامله الافطار يعتبر السعر مرتفع خصوصا الحجز خارج الموسم
يجنن كل شي خدمتهم و الغرف نظيفه ومرتبه بس نسيت كوبي المفضل معهم 🫠🫠

The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is especially clean, the breakfast is good and varied
The pool is nice, but the glass is covered with a protective film and blocks the view
Everything was perfect except for the reception staff during my check-in. I recall his name was Mohammed and not Omani, and he was wearing a suit. He was very unwelcoming and had a poor attitude, which is why I gave a rating of 1 out of 10. He should be taught to smile and improve his attitude when dealing with guests.
I also ordered an ice bucket for my juice several times. On some occasions, it was never delivered, and even when it was delivered, it took 20 to 30 minutes. Considering the hotel had very low occupancy and it was the off-season, I do not understand why the service was so slow. Water pressure in the bathroom should be improved.
A stay can be perfect in every other way, but when guests are treated poorly and service is inefficient, it negatively affects the entire experience.
