I had a problem with one of the local banks and I needed help! I asked to talk to the front desk manager but the staff refused to call him!
It is very impolite that the Front desk Manager is hiding himself!

La gentilezza. La professionalità del responsabile della colazione affinché tutto fosse a posto e pulito

Cons:

Il fatto che non hanno chiuso la piscina dopo che mi sono accorta che qualcuno aveva fatto la cacca dentro la piscina. Hanno solo tolto le feci senza chiudere e disinfettare. Gravissimo e pericolosissimo per la salute
