لقد قاموا بترقية الغرفة مجانا أشكرهم على ذلك والفندق جديد ونظيف ومريح والمستلزمات متوافرة والموظفين متعاونين وخدومين وهذا يدل على احترافية في العمل

Cons:

أسعار الاقامة والعروض كانت مناسبة بصراحة ولكن يجب عدم رفع التوقعات بالنسبة للوجبات التي سوف تقدم خصوصا العشاء من ناحية التنوع

Pros:

Warm reception by Naif and our luggages were brought by John. We enjoyed our buffet and pool facilities.

Pros:

We were in a 3br aparment,very spacious, very clean. Complete kitchen utensils and etc.
The thing that I've love the most is sea view . And we're very thankful to the staff who help us from the day we arrived, To Mr Muhammed who was very helpful & assisted us with a lot of things. And also to Ms. Rabaa & Ms. Patience aside from assisting us during our check-in and check-out they were really nice and fun to talk too. THANK YOU 😊

The hotel room was equipped with everything the we needed. We had guests who came and visited, and the spacious accommodation is just perfect for an intimate event. The property is clean and well managed. The cherry on top is the warmth and great hospitality of Oumaima, Bible and Indian supervisor (sorry forgot his name/ from front desk, Nora and Cassandra from IKA restaurant and bell men Imtiaz and Mohammed., they’re a Gem!
