Location is accessible and clean.

Cons:

The bed is soft and needed a change. There was a problem in the tv outside but it was fix right after we call for assistance.

Pros:

Location, high floor with sea view is amazing

A very comfortable and pleasant stay with outstanding staff support from check-in to check-out.
Pros:

What I appreciated most about this property was the excellent service and support from the staff. A special thank you to Rabaa and Patience, who were incredibly helpful, supportive, and made my check-in process very smooth. They were attentive to my needs and requirements, which made my stay much more comfortable. I would also like to thank Mahesh for his help during the check-out process, which was also handled very professionally.

Overall satisfied
Pros:

Very good stay. All staff were friendly, especially Umaima at reception who was very helpful and gave me an upgrade. Dinner and breakfast were both good, and the restaurant staff were attentive

Cons:

The only downside was that the swimming pool is very small, and there are no entertainment options for kids.

If tou get the right apartment (direct sunlight) or you can live at 18 degrees, than this could be your december/jan
Pros:

Everything is a 10 except the cold you have inside!

Cons:

If you get an apartment on the side that never receives direct sun, during chill winter days you live inside a 18 degrees apartment. Even if you turn off the AC, some areas still receive building’s AC and inside does not get hotter as there are no direct sun rays. We have stayed 3 times here for new year eve. For the first 2 times , we were lucky but on the last one, was horrifically cold, thermometer not passing 17-18 degrees.

All the stuff is very kind and helpfull
Very clean and the location is beautifull

Cons:

The breakfast and dinner buffet is vey poor and same every day of my stay .

The main dishes and menu items are very few, lack variety, and are repeated every day. Even the appetizers are the same; they are few and lack variety.
