يحتاج الى تجديد فعلى سبيل المثال الأريكة في الصالة غير مريحة إطلاقا للجلوس ، اما بخصوص النظافة فيحتاج الى مزيد من النظافة خاصة عبر ممرات التكييف حيث يكثر به السواد ، وورائحة الطعام قوية بين الشقق
