Pros:

Enjoyed the bar area, we were traveling with friends, and it was fun hanging out downstairs. The bartender was filling in, but she was super friendly and fun. The lobby is always clean and inviting. This is our second time staying at this location, and we will definitely continue to return when we are in town.

I’d stay there again. Great Staff!!!
Pros:

I love the Aloft! Typically that’s where I like to stay when I’m out of town. Trendy atmosphere.

Cons:

My room needed maintenance. The sliding door to the bathroom was completely broken, the alarm clock was broken and the hot water was only lukewarm. The front desk switched my room and I was fine after that till a frog came into my bathroom the next day!!! Lol. I caught it and let it go outside. Showed the front desk and we all had a good laugh. Mr. Frog was just trying to live his best life!!!

Very nice and unique interior. Nice area. Very comfortable. Lots of outlets.

Cons:

Some design choices weren’t great in execution. Bathroom barn door did not fully close. Drain in shower is a steel plate right beneath the shower faucet, so when water drips on it, it sounds like water dropping on a large steel plate. Loud and annoying. There was a speaker in the room, but it’s on/off switch was broken. Lamp on one side of the bed is at head height and protrudes out from the wall quite a bit so I hit my head on it. The intent is great, but it doesn’t quite stick the landing so well.

The cucumber and mint ice water was exactly what I needed at that moment. Life saver! The amount of pillows was so generous, didn’t have for another one.

Cons:

Coffee station all the time. Don’t care for the one in the room, never enough cream and sugar.

Weekend getaway
Pros:

Everything was great!!

Cons:

We stayed for two days and was only given two towels. I feel like for a two day stay they should provide us with four towels, ladies, like to have an extra towel to wrap their hair up to dry other than that everything was perfect.
