Enjoyable.

Breakfast was good since we were not in a hurry. The whole staff was overwhelmed and had to turn people away because there we little staff.

The hotel was beautiful, but too expensive for what was offered.
Pros:

Rooms were lovely and comfortable.

Cons:

The phone didn’t work and I had to troubleshoot the problem. The jack had never been attached.
Not enough cream for complimentary coffee. When I asked the employee at the front desk, if she could get more, she hesitated and then said she could try to ask someone. It took many minutes for her to return with a carafe of milk. She was not apologetic and didn’t seem eager to help. The hotel is very expensive and would have expected better training for the price. Also, I would have expected 24 hour room service for the price of the hotel. That I couldn’t have coffee delivered at 6:30 was disappointing.
Finally, the trashcan next to the front entrance was overflowing when we arrived on Friday afternoon and remained overflowing when we left on Sunday morning. Again, for the price, I would have expected not to see the eyesore every time we entered the building.

This was a very good stay!
Pros:

Cleanliness, size of the room, Jeff at the front desk was very helpful.

Cons:

Had to go to another floor for ice, shower tub was small
